Arrived earlier than expected and the lovely Margaret allocated us our rooms - which were warm and cosy. We ate in the hotel and the food was excellent. We also had breakfast - freshly cooked full Irish it was a huge plateful as well as fruits and cereal to choose from. One of the friendliest places we have stayed in and such a good impression on our first visit to Ireland. We will definitely be returning. Thank you for your hospitality Margaret and the team.

An absolutely stunning location with beautiful views! The house was decorated artfully and the room was a delight. The room was bright and airy, with ample space and a stunning en suite. Breakfast was cooked fresh and to order, and was absolutely delicious! The owners were so accommodating and very welcoming!

The hotel staff are nice, the rooms clean and serviced. The restaurant lets the side down. Although bar staff are very nice, the manager is aweful. The food is just OK but very slooooow to come out of the kitchen.

What a lovely location! Great host, lovely accommodation, and friendly farm animals. We three friends truly enjoyed the ambiance, location, and the sweet farm animals we interacted with while there. Parking was availale, the location was easy to locate (with GPS), it had a pub nearby (driving distance), and the room was tastefully decorated. The host accommodated we three women with a double and two singles. It was a fun experience.

Facilities were brilliant, staff were exceptional. Connor managed to get us checked in early which we were so grateful for as we arrive at 9am so didn’t have to wait until 4pm. Greatly appreciated.
Although we were an adult group, the facilities for children were excellent and we would come back with our child.

Very friendly people who gave us lots of information about walking and even dropped us carless women at the start of the walk in Ballyhoura and collected us without charging us anything.
All the archeological sites and beautiful churches were a unexpected bonus.

A beautiful part of the world.
A beautiful part of the world. Like stepping back in time regarding farming, as in, it reminds me of where we all cane from and love and believe in all that comes with it, back to the land, produce, and a very traditional way to bring up a family xx

Very relaxing hotel close to a village full of medieval buildings
The staff were brilliant. From Margaret on reception to Annamaria serving breakfast, you couldn't ask for more helpful people. The rooms were great and the beds were very comfortable. Very clean and cosy setting. I will most definitely recommend to friends and will return next time I'm in the area.
Brilliant area for anyone interested in history.
This place is a jewel of a guest house. We were made to feel like part of the family and treated in a first class manner worthy of the finest hotels. Simon and Nicky were great from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was better than any other place we stayed at during our tour.
The four poster bed was worthy of a palace, and the bedroom bigger than the ground floor of some houses!
Due to exceptional circumstances (on the provider's side), we only learned late in the evening that we could not use the overnight stay. But the owner found a solution in a nearby hotel, all at their expense, she even added breakfast. A really nice gesture, although we were quite disappointed when we were informed at the location that we could not sleep there.
Large bedroom with a comfortably super king size four poster bed. The breakfast was top class and made to order and the hosts were very friendly and informative about the history of the house. Excellent wifi and a short walk to the small village of Kilmallock.
