Amazing beautiful house and garden. Felt like staying in a "manor" house (almost a palace) but at the same time so comfortable and cosy. The décor is lovely and it incorporates modern with traditional. It's the perfect place to escape from the city stress, surrounded by nature. Very short drive to get dinner. Breakfast was amazing and Anita was so nice and welcoming.

Clare was a wonderful host who made us feel very welcome. We were friends travelling to a wedding at the Lakeside Hotel and this accommodation was great value for money and only an 8-10 minute stroll from the hotel. Highly recommend.
Beautiful spot. We stayed for one night. The villages are lovely but there is a lot of traffic, however there is a new road and bridge being built.
Lots of pubs and restaurants.
Easy to walk around.
It can be very busy when there is a wedding taking place.

Killaloe is a very attractive village.
Killaloe is a very attractive village. At the moment there is a lot of roadworks which delays you driving around. I have stayed twice and would stay again. Highly recommend the cruise on Lough Derg.

Walking around Killaloe’s quaint narrow streets, flanked by old shops. Lovely St Flannan’s Church with Oratory. Nice walking over the Bridge. Here you can take a River Cruise boot tour, that shows you the spot where the River Shannon meets Lough Derg. Flanagan’s pub on the river bank has a beer garden and great Pizza.

Hotel is set in lovely surroundings, staff very helpful, food good you won't go hungry. Very comfortable bed, tea/coffee in room. Good choice of Spa treatments.

Killaloe is a gem of a place, partnered across the mighty Shannon river with Ballina on the other side. Killaloe Hotel and Spa Hotel is on the Co. Clare side with beautiful location waterside and scenic views. It was mid-Winter, Dec.26th. and the spirit of Christmas was palpable in the hotel with warmth among Staff and guests and the heating, decorations and lights aglow. THANKS

Visited many times as I have family there.
Visited many times as I have family there. Lost a lot of it's magic, probably since covid. There were approx. 14 pubs, now only 2. Very expensive for food and drink. Views on the river and lake are fab, a must see. Locals very friendly, everyone says 'hello' how are you? Which was refreshing.
Walk over the old bridge into Ballina for more to do, 2min walk.
Beautiful apartment, clean and so comfortable. Everything was in it you could possibly need. Ann was a lovely host, and the beautiful homemade bread and other goodies were a lovely, much appreciated treat. The bed was super comfy, with lovely linen. It was a great shower with complimentary toiletries. Perfect location for discovering Killaloe/Ballina. I can't wait to stay at Ann's place again.
Our stay at Killaloe Hotel & Spa was excellent from the minute we arrived until we left. Our room was quite, comfortable & clean. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Staff were very helpful & kind. Everything we could have needed was supplied by the hotel. We would love to return to stay at the hotel again in the future. Sionna Spa was a lovely treat & beautiful spa
Excellent location, right next to the Killaloe Hotel, where we were attending a wedding party. Lovely views across the hills.
Cottage had everything we needed for a short break and was plenty big enough for 4 of us.
