Very comfortable room with 5 star breakfast. Very helpful, welcoming and friendly host.
Dungarvan is a great town with nice people. There are newer built shopping facilities in the town that are not really that great compared to the feeling of the main square and its surrounding boutique type shops and bars. Took the train from Dublin Heuston station to Waterford direct (2 hrs 15 mins) and used local X55 coach from Waterford town Bus station (5 mins walk over the bridge) and onto Dungarvan (50 Mins), made the journey really easy.

Dungarvin is a vibrant town with a lovely harbour.
Dungarvin is a vibrant town with a lovely harbour. It has plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants /bars. The town is clean and littler free and the people are very friendly and helpful .
We ate at the Moorings which is right on the harbour. Excellent food and service.recommend booking but if you are prepared to wait they will fine a table for you.
This is an absolutely perfect location. Parking in the off-season (early April) was easy, the apartment was clean and functioned as advertised. Its small with historic charm. My son and I had our own FOBs, rooms, and space to relax. Some people require pampering. This may not be for them —the second bedroom is a little tight. Had I more time I would have taken it for a month and done some writing next to the window that faces the castle walls.
We loved the Comeragh View! Our hosts were delightful and helped us find good options for dinner in Dungarvan. Our room was very comfortable and had a large window overlooking the yard. The night we stayed there, the weather was clear and we availed ourselves to an amazing show of stars in the night sky! Our full Irish breakfast the morning following our stay was delicious and quite filling. We really enjoyed our stay
Family of 14(8 Adults and 6 Grandchildren) with two 4 bedroom houses
Plenty of space for us all to be together
The upstairs sitting room was great.
Plenty of outside space for the children and playground also free use of the hotel swimming pool which we used most days.
Would definatly return as we all enjoyed our week at the Gold Coast Lodges
The accomodation was excellently located within Dungarvan and superb as regard maintenance, presentation and cleanliness. Would absolutely recommend the Tannery without reservation. Just had plain unembellished porridge for breakfast and it was equally superb. Serious well done to Paul, Máire and all their team.
It is beautiful and clean, perfect for the group. We often go to Dungarvan and stay at Crew’s Apartments. The accommodation is so affordable and central to the town. Dungarvan is a beautiful lively place and great fun! The Manager at Crews apartment was so lovely and welcoming. We had the best time!
Alistair and Catherine are very friendly and gave us great tips on area attractions. On their recommendation we visited the copper coast...which we hadn't planned on. Best part of the trip! Thank you so much for making our visit to Waterford a memorable one. We'll definitely visit Follies again.
Stayed here for one night and we were very happy with the facilities. It was clean, spacious and not too far from Dungarvan which was perfect for us.. We were able to make tea and coffee in the room and we had a full Irish breakfast in the morning with plenty of fruits, yoghurts and cereals.
The Park Hotel was ideally located, only a five minute walk to Dungarvan centre, and a great base for touring this area of Ireland. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The food was lovely, great selection for breakfast and a good menu for lunch and dinner

Old-fashioned Hotel in town centre. Very friendly helpful staff- One( I think his name was Mick) even drove me to another venue when there were no taxis. Room was v comfortable and clean. Breakfast perfect .
It was nice classic hotel. It was very warm outside and they helped out with a fan and extension cord. Great staff. They’ll were helpful with all our needs, including providing cold drinks in our room.
We had a nightmare journey to Ireland and our ferry broke down. We therefore arrived at the hotel at 6am. The staff were lovely and allowed us a late checkout in order to catch up on sleep.
Beautiful thatch cottage. Decor superb. Only 10 minute drive into Dungarvan. We enjoyed the Greenway for cycling and had a very special meal in the Tannery
