Quiet, great for a romantic getaway - food at the Dungeon was delicious, well-priced and nice to get drinks at the Library bar/restaurant. Beautiful walks available on site. Really feels like you're in a castle

Grand hotel with a lot of facilities and very large rooms. The reception/foyer is massive with lots of room to sit and relax or even get on with some work with the cafe being an added bonus. The staff were wonderful, super friendly and very high level of service. The bar and eatery does great food, high quality cooking at decent prices. Breakfast was simple but very nice, great coffee and good quality food.
