Ratings should definitely be higher. The room was very big and comfortable. Had all the amenities you could ask for including a kettle, tea and coffee, a fridge, hairdryer, toiletries, slippers. The beds were super comfortable and the towels were soft. It was super clean. Absolutely spotless. Quiet room at night. Super friendly staff always willing to help out.
