I like the hotel location and the friendly staff. Ms. Aya did our check-in, and she attentively greeted and asked us whenever we passed by the reception counter if we need anything. She's good and Ms. Selvi also good, she assisted us during our stay too with friendly attitude. Mr. Purnomo and Mr. Dendy helped me with the access of the elevators (I didn't have my key with me). Last but not least Mr. Cahyadi from the security team kept me company while waiting for my delivery food. I remembered all the nice people, the rest just okay. The room was standard, it's as it described, and looked the same like in the photos. Good value for money.
