Everything, we stayed here for the fourth time so that says enough
It is my first time in the hotel, but I have certainly had a wonderful experience, I will come back again whenever I visit the city. The room was great although I chose the simplest one, Breakfast was great with a wide variety, Spa and swimming pool are well maintained. SkyLounge with a great view of the area. Above all, the amazing staff, especially Berta, Guest Loyalty Executive.
- Very nice and helpful staff. Zidan in particular at the Gallery Restaurant was very attentive and nice.
- Being connected to the shopping centre was very handy.
- The pool and the spa were very nice to have, particularly in the middle of busy Cibubur street.
- There was a good variety of food for breakfast.
(1) The Location is good and very convenient.
(2) Breakfast was good, especially the vegetable salad, drinking fruit.
(3) the bedroom was good and clean (except for the smell from the bathroom, I always touch the smell all my stayies (3 times already) in this hotel)
The staff at Novotel was extremely accommodating and friendly. The hotel facilities were good with a decent pool and pretty good food offerings for breakfast. Location wise they're not too far from a shopping mall and there's a convenience store just across the road.
The location is next to the mall , easy to found the foods, banks and the staff's from the hotel were very friendly and helpful, the room clean , roomservice were 24 hours. The hotel is very comfortable.
