The pool was beautifullly maintained and was facing a nice wide ocean view.
We also absolutely love the large picture window in our room and the balcony and private hottub.

Mawi, Dela and all the staff were first class. Very welcoming and helpful. Rooms, aircon and bathrooms were good. The menu served was fantastic and the Indonesia food excellent. Lovely table area overlooking the beach to eat and rest. Use of paddle board and kayak.

Despite quite a bad weather, we really enjoyed this stay! First of all the staff was so kind with us, really committed to our pleasure and truly accommodating. The rooms are really good and comfortable and can’t be closer to the beach. This beach is not the most beautiful you will see in your life but still very cool.

Beautiful and clean. Well maintained. Friendly staff. Fantastic service. Lovely rooms. The pool bar food was really good and the staff amazing. The spa massages were very good too. Loved that they had events over the long weekend for old and young.
It was a very relaxing trip. We especially enjoyed the jacuzzi in our room which faces the sea. We also enjoyed the snorkeling trip, the staff who went with us helped us to take pictures underwater. The equipment provided was safe and also adequate. The whole resort feels tranquil. Would be better if there is a gym.

Totally enjoyed the experience and recommended Teluk Bakau to friends who have already made bookings at various resorts already.
Transport suggest you get rental car much better to see all the sights and experience the local culture. Previously worked and resided in Indonesia for close to 8 years & lived on Lombok. Visited so many places then but would now rate Teluk Bakau highly, this is still the real Indonesia.
