Great location and friendly staff. We only booked the room for somewhere to store our luggage while we went to the waterfalls so I can't comment on the stay or facilities but the staff were friendly and even arranged to take us to our next accommodation.

We literally liked everything about this place. From the super friendly and helpful owner/staff to the amazing view of the mountain, and everything in between. This was one of the best places I’ve stayed in my many months of travelling and definitely the best value for money. The rooms and bathrooms were so clean and beautiful and the balcony view was incredible. The delicious (and large) free breakfast is also delivered to your balcony. Comfortable beds, A/C and a hot shower. The owners were so friendly, going out of their way to make sure all my needs were catered for. Two of the young guys there also took me to the waterfall last minute which was really fun! The place is situated next door to the waterfalls entrance and restaurants and is a perfect place to stay after the challenging Rinjani hike (or if you’re just visiting Seranu). Thank you again for a beautiful stay!
