Properly the best choice of hotel if you are planning to leave Surabaya to Malang/Bromo as it is on the South side of Surabaya,you do not need to go thru the city after arriving from the airport.
Very nice hotel with great amenities and very nice facilities. My flight was cancelled after I arrived to the airport and they sent their driver back to pick me up and allowed me to check back in easily, which was a life saver. They made a horrible scenario completely okay again.
The staff are super friendly and helpful. The hotel located right at the centre and close to everything that you need especially so many foods and restaurants near the hotel. The breakfast were super great.

The interior of the hotel is nice & romantic in the evening. There is a band to entertain the guests at the restaurant. Hotel staff was fast & responsive on airport pickup arrangement. Buffet breakfast was great with varieties
Easy airport hotel. The room was small but comfortable. We had our laundry done and it was returned on time. The lunch/drinks we had at the restaurant were great. Front desk/housekeeping/restaurant staff were lovely.
we chose the accommodation because it was close to the train station Sidoarjo (we couldn’t catch the train that night and has to stay in Surabaya).

That’s an excellent hotel, but don’t book it here in you’re in transfer. It has special prices for transfer passengers, effectively half price from booking.com. Just show both tickets.
The location very close to mini maret ad coffee shop. Be aware this hotel doesn't give any soap or shampoo so you have to prepare yourself lucky it is. Beside mini market
