Location is good, variety of breakfast is excellent. Just little bit note here, chicken and some dessert (bolu and kue lapis) is quiet hard. All bubur variety also too sweet. Overall it's good.

Atria Residence is close to the mall and has a unique and quiet location. The rooms are clean and the bathroom is spacious. All tools are available in the room. They have a helpful and kind staff, especially Mrs. Lita, who in turn helped me facilitate the entry procedures, and also helped me transfer the bags to the room herself, and this service I did not see in any other hotels since my many experiences in other countries, and she also explained additionally about the city of Tangerang and the tourist sites And the services available nearby.. I thank the management of Atria Hotels for hiring employees like Mrs. Lita to harness the services for the residents

It was falsely advertised....the place I stayed was not...
It was falsely advertised....the place I stayed was not shown in the booking pictures, there were cockroaches everywhere... I had to clean and sanitize everything myself. It says it has WiFi but it is not existent, hot water works for 30 seconds, host didn’t meet us and refused to give any partial refund for lying about the listing, fridge constantly leaked which was very dangerous for my two year old and she fell several times from the wet floor, smoked cigarettes on patio, burn holes on couches, very run down.

It is nice place, plenty of good restaurant, world class area, urban planning was good, surrounded by good Universities, stretch of road is clean and good food with international class easily found at Summarecon mall Serpong and Eon mall BSD city

Serpong is not very far from our home in Karawaci.
Serpong is not very far from our home in Karawaci. Several options from our home to get to Serpong, but the shortest rute is almost always with traffic jam. The traffic in Serpong itself is so far ok, not too much of traffic jam

I liked to walk around at night and trying out the food...
I liked to walk around at night and trying out the food stands. There was many malls and a lot of stuff to do in Serpong. I really enjoyed the city and people are very nice to foreigners.
It is a bit difficult to get around and you can feel the pollution, but there are cheap solutions such as Grab and more.
1st impression, The hotel have a pleasant perfume since we arrived at the lobby and during our stays.
The room was spacious and my daughter loved the bath bomb provided for the bathtub. All staffs were very and friendly.
Highlights of the stay was the breakfast buffet, Acquaree Spa for kids and Acqua Spa for mommy which equipped with very nice jacuzzi.
Looking forward for our next staycation at the hotel.
The Hotel is at the heart of Bintaro where we can easily doing jogging on the main road. Roof top pool giving excellent view of people on the street.
While i like photography, i easily go in front of the hotel and take some cycling people. Ajeng the front office was very kind and helpful. She recognize ppl easily though i was wearing mask & hat.

The room is clean and comfortable. Also, complimentary fruit, and snacks in the room are excellent. I also like aroma therapy of shampoo and bath gel available in the bathroom.
