We booked the basic rooms and arrived to find the bathrooms were downstairs via external stairs which were more like ladders than stairs. Not great for the middle of the night toilet trips. We quickly asked for upgraded rooms and we were offered much nicer villas for not a great deal more money. Otherwise we would have found somewhere else to stay.

We booked a villa with private pool and it was fantastic. Spacious and with amazing view to the forest. (There is a price to pay though: the villa is at the very end of the resort and there are 102 steps). There was variety at breakfast and food quality very good.

Loved the location, in the rice fields off the main street. Lovely and peaceful.
Great room on the 3rd floor with fantastic views & our own dipping pool. 2 balconies both with spectacular views.
Excellent shower & an outdoor bath tub.
Breakfast was included and there was plenty of variety.
Staff were helpful & friendly & organised a massage in the room for us aswell as a driver for a day trip.

Close to the Agung mountain for hiking and a lot of waterfalls. The view from the resort is really beautiful. The facilities are good. I got an amazing room with a window on the ceiling for the Shower.
