Very thoughtful. A welcome drink and cake upon arrival.
On the room table was a welcome letter personally and actually signed by the GM.
Bathrobes provided, water provided. Very spacious.
The door can slam a little bit loudly so it woke me up, but you tend to wake up earlier in Bali.
All the staff were very polite, proactive and friendly.
Option to pay for breakfast fo 13k (if I remembered correctly). Did not have breakfast so cannot comment.
Location was good, slightly on the edge of the busy area so I avoided traffic jams. Closer to most cooking classes too.

The staff were brilliant here. The pool was so lovely and clean at all times, with staff checking if you needed anything while there. The grounds of the property are lovely and the rooms are also immaculate. Good options for the breakfast which was included with the rooms.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast offers everything you could wish for. The resort is very well maintained and beautiful. There is a free transfer to Ubud. I took a yoga course in the morning. I can highly recommend it. I am so impressed.

The room was clean but we could smell mold and see some infiltration coming from the top floor. What surprised us was the lack of decoration and the tiny TV on the wall (the size of an A4 paper). It was so tiny we didn't have the appetite to turn it on.
The staff was amazing and the breakfast was pretty decent, but the hotel is surrounded by good cafes and restaurants.
