We are from Singapore. We enjoyed our vacation (5D4N) at Cassia Bintan. The apartment and surroundings were well maintained. Beach and swimming pools were clean.
Thumbs up for the daily breakfast at Lotus Cafe. Pleasant and delicious dining experiences at Treetop and Saffron.
All staff displayed a good service attitude with their SMILES making us feel welcome and at home.

Great weekend getaway from Singapore.
Great weekend getaway from Singapore. Easy access via ferry and lots of top 5-star and also more economical resorts to choose from. Beach is quite decent, though the beaches in Bali, Krabi and Boracay are significantly better.

Just 15mins from BBT ferry terminal.
Just 15mins from BBT ferry terminal. If you contact the hotel in advance, you may be able to arrange free terminal-hotel transfer. We stayed at Bintan Resorts at Angsana Beach, a collection of three hotels sharing a well kept private beach. We did not go to Lagoi because the shuttle bus as been stopped and the taxi is S$25 one way.

We had just more than enough fun and adventure stuff to do at the property itself for the three days that we spent at Natra. We did not have to step outside the property so there was not much exploring of Lagoi Beach beyond the Treasure Island area which was amazing and impressive.
The always smiling, ever-helpful staff at Natra Bintan was icing on the perfect cake of this holiday.

Things are generally more expensive within the resorts in Lagoi area. Advise to purchase beverages, snacks and other necessities from outside stores or mini marts instead.
Sand dunes and blue lake great for pics/vids but weather can be extremely hot so drink lots of fluids or buy from the local drink stores when you make your way in.
Visited 500 Luo Han Temple located on the hillside and Guan Yin Temple in Tanjung Pinang.

The grounds and views were spectacular - if you don’t play golf there is absolutely nothing to do - it can become quite boring.
The price of meals and drinks is sooo expensive that it is a joke. The location is so remote that there are no alternatives other than to dine in.
The actitivities kept us occupied throughout our 4N stay there. Food not bad but can be improved like to have more varieties and also meal package for the guests.
Muhamad Sanjai is a great asset to the hotel. He went extra miles in providing excellent services, exceeding our expectations. He knew what I wanted to order even when before i placed my order. WOW, impressive! He knew his guest well.
Angel is great too, sweet girl and remembered and addressed me by my name whenever she saw me. Thumbs up for all the Natra staffs!~
We just love the private beach and the serenity and friendliness of the place. Taking a suite is a very good idea, very spacious and a balcony with nice views. Early check in? No problem. Late check out? No problem. Having a bicycle brought over from Singapore, no problem, nice biking trails in Bintan by the way…the kids love the pools and the newly opened cafe. Going to lunch to neighboring resorts (Treetops) and going to Lagoi EcoSafari is a nice little add on to the overall splendid experience.
Good location near ferry terminal and Treasure Bay. Bus shuttle from and to ferry. Clean tent, good decor for safari test with rustic vintage look. Lots of water activities - we tried the couple kayak and bumper boat.
good variety of food at Patio restaurant for breakfast and can also eat at Anmon. Options for vegetarian food also available.
Good vibes in the evening for drinks.
Buggy provided to take to activity center.
Can pay by card at all activity points.
Ambience, greenery, spacious rooms and patio with private small swimming pool. It’s 5min walk to the beach and small convenience store. Tasty breakfast served in the the room (great to see local Indonesian breakfast on the menu). Free transport to and from ferry was really convenient. Swedish Massage offered by the hotel was enjoyable, would recommend it. Lagoi Bay seem to be very quiet area, this is place to relax and wind down.
Great pool villa for a family weekend getaway. The pool was very enjoyable and the nearby beach is excellent. They give you your own buggy to navigate the sprawling estate, so getting around is not an issue. Food is alright, and the Calypso bar is great place for a nightcap. Staff is very courteous and eager to help, which is a big plus (their English language skills were also better than expected).
A traditional style and very well maintained hotel - actually a number of individual villas. Staff (all we met) was very friendly and helpful. 3 restaurants on site are great but quite pricy - however one travelling to this hotel via Singapore would not be shocked.
location is great. just 5 mins away from Ferry.
Room size accept for those who just want to sleep over with no window view on level 1.
Hotel staff management are nice and friendly. And allowed our clean bicycle to be park in our room.
Clean and well maintained villa. Lots of greenery around and small ponds with lotus flowers looked really nice. Very close to the pool and Nirwana hotel. Very polite and helpful staff, always willing to assist with smile.
The location is really good. And the staff are the best! Special Thanks to Ms.Rita,Sandy,Samuel & A-gong! You guys are the best! Thank you for making our stay very memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Everything is good here.. staff is very kind. They allowed free late checkout as our ferry was late. The hotel is very clean and beautiful ship. Swimming pool is very nice
Location is close to ferry terminal. Hotel has free shuttle to terminal.
Glamping Tents looks amazing. At night the place is cooler, and nice to chill at the bar.
A fantastic hotel with a wonderful team. We stayed here for a night to play golf and have some beach time and everything was exactly as we had hoped for/expected.
We had a fabulous stay. Location was perfect, the staff was friendly and very attentive to our needs. Overall the hotel was perfect for a quick restful getaway.
