The hotel is new, clean, with good infrastructure. Staff is very friendly, accommodating well all requests. Breakfast had good variety of cuisines, for all choices, the food fresh and tasty. Good choices of local dishes, although for those who do not take spicy food - do mention it as most of local menu is spicy.

The theme of Glamping is just amazing. Avery kid friendly resort . Rooms are nice, air conditioned and kids do love the theme of tents and BBQ . Though things were communicated through WhatsApp, service and hospitality was at top notch.
Just a 5 min walk will take you to Crystal Bay which is SE Asias first man made sea water lagoon.

Staff are all friendly and helpful, and there's plenty of things to do with kids around the hotel (bowling, kids club, airsoft, batik painting, swimming etc). Food at the kelong is delicious. Food at breakfast buffet and Dino Bistro is decent but can be better in terms of variety and flavours.

The hotel's amenities are modern, pristine, and extremely comfortable. We adore the expansive, high-ceilinged, and breezy open-concept lobby. Our three-night stay was outstanding.

We visited the Bintan Brother Seafood stall on our trip for some delicious seafood. Our resort driver recommended trying the Gong Gong, a kind of seashells, which are unique to Bintan and Batam Islands. We also enjoyed crab and fish, all freshly cooked and served. The prices were very reasonable.
The blue lake at the Sand Dunes was picturesque, and the fireflies tour at night was an amazing experience that allowed us to learn about nature.
For our next visit, we will stay longer to explore the island, avoid Singapore public holidays and explore other beach resorts as well.

We stayed at Kamuela Villa and it's truly a great place. It's about 10 minute ride from the ferry terminal but you'll need transportation to get around because the villa isn't really in a city area.
With the in-house transport provider (taxi operator with set prices for the places you want to go), you can get the driver to bring you around the place, even to as far as Tanjong Pinang.

Great weekend getaway from Singapore. Easy access via ferry and lots of top 5-star and also more economical resorts to choose from. Beach is quite decent, though the beaches in Bali, Krabi and Boracay are significantly better.

Just 15mins from BBT ferry terminal.
Just 15mins from BBT ferry terminal. If you contact the hotel in advance, you may be able to arrange free terminal-hotel transfer. We stayed at Bintan Resorts at Angsana Beach, a collection of three hotels sharing a well kept private beach. We did not go to Lagoi because the shuttle bus as been stopped and the taxi is S$25 one way.

The resort was right by the beach with water sports access a stone’s throw away. staff were very attentive to our needs. hotel has a decent spread for lunch and dinner. the place was tranquil, we almost had the pool to ourselves. once we settled at the deck chair, the staff will come by with a picnic basket filled with still, sparkling water, slices of lime and sunblock. excellent service! the staff even accommodated another guest’s request to shift the deck chairs into the shade!

A traditional style and very well maintained hotel - actually a number of individual villas. Staff (all we met) was very friendly and helpful. 3 restaurants on site are great but quite pricy - however one travelling to this hotel via Singapore would not be shocked.
