Room was lovely with nice balcony and outdoor day bed. Breakfast is a la carte and all selections made were superb, the fresh juices available are the best I've ever had in Bali. Great location for being in the south of the island. Beautiful pool. Short walk to shops or alternative eating locations. If you have time to book and attend do go for a treatment in the spa. Its very very good.

really comfy beds. i believe they were latex mattresses so we had a good night's sleep after sleeping on really lousy beds at dive resorts for 2 weeks.
food in the restaurant was decent, pricing was more fair than what I expected at a 4 star hotel, but i do not recommend the pastas.

we have stayed in many different hotels in the Kuta region. We have also stayed at other locations in Bali. We always go back to Kuta as some part of our trip. The beach bars are great - we go to Eddys Bar outside the Grand Inna Hotel, and have been going back for 15 years and developed friendships with the bar staff and beach sellers Susie does the best massage ever.... We love the banter with them. we like to shop in Poppies 2 and Poppies 1 is slowly getting better. we also shop at Beach walk shopping centre. We have stayed in lower cost and high end hotels. We like to mix it up. love the choices for eating in restaurants and local warungs. Crumb and Coaster if a favourite breakfast place and Fat Chows as well.

Kuta itself is lovely with plenty of restaurants and bars in and around . We stayed in Poppies1 and we had so much choice of where to eat and shop. However it is one big traffic jam and a surfers beach , Legian , just a few hundred meters away is a much better choice for the beach with less " sellers" .Money exchange shops are plentiful with fair rates and no commissions

Great place to stay with several amenities e.g. shops and restaurants close by. Many locals don't speak English, but GoogleTranslate does come in handy. I especially like that the Grab app has translation built in, making it easy to communicate with cab/ motor cycle drivers.

This hotel is really nice, modern and aesthetically pleasing. it is a short distance from kuta beach and major bali attractions. They staff are really kind and helpful the building is beautiful, the room and bathroom are really spacious.they also had a delicious buffet hotel breakfast that can be booked with the room.
I booked this hotel the evening I landed in Bali and checked in 10 minutes later. The hotel is close to the airport and it's perfect if you are looking for convenience. Staff were really kind and helpful. Room was nice and had a big bathroom/shower.
Old style Bali hotel which was beautiful. Gardens were immaculate. Staff were friendly and so helpful. We had a room in front of pool which was so convenient. Our Rooms were cleaned early so coming back from being out it was nice to come back too.
Hotel is located very close the Bali aiport. Breakfast was very good with a lot of choice. Gym was big and had everything needed for a good workout. Pool was very nice. Food at the restaurant was good.
