The best part of my trip to Ambon was the owner of this hotel hooking me up with a boat trip so I could go snorkeling! Thank you so much for taking the time to coordinate this for me. I also really liked the vibe of the whole hotel and especially the rooftop! Very cute place and I wish I had time to stay longer. Takeaway breakfast was also convenient for an early check out.
The staffs were really nice, they clearly understood that they worked in a hospitality industry and it showed. I couldn’t clock anything negative about the staffs. When i got there early, they offered me early check in without extra fee and offered me discount for the breakfast. The location of the hotel was superb, at the heart of Ambon.

Rooms' interior needs an upgrade as most hotels have modernize their looks to remain relevant & competitive, an investment well spent for owners & operator, if not will loose business competition.
The hotel is simply great. All the staff were always very friendly and helpful. If you needed something or something needed to be exchanged, it was done immediately and properly. You were always treated with respect. And we definitely love the live music every evening. We would be happy to come back again.
The hotel is located right in the centre of Ambon. The room was squeaky clean, with a/c, TV, private bathroom, liquid soap and hot water. Drinking water was available and a simple breakfast is included. Compared to other Indonesian hotels this looked like heaven on earth to me, and it's quite cheap too.
Breakfast is a little bit more basic than other hotels in Ambon, but it will suffice.
The hotel is located in a pretty lively quarter, with places like Sibu Sibu and Kopi Tradisi Joas nearby.

Great hotel in a new building with really clean, weell furnished rooms (comfy and large bed!) good space to move and a nice bathroom complete with everything. Staff is friendly and will happily meet your requests. Great rooftop bar/restaurant at top floor. A great place to relax in Ambon.
The hotel itself is very nice, best on the island actually. We opted for the presidential suite which has 2 bedrooms, 2 huge bathrooms and a living/dining in the middle. The rooms are very nice and the view is also pleasant. Food is acceptable.

All staffs are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is tasty. They also help us with the transport from and to airport (with add cost) and very convenient.

The hotel has friendly staff who are very helpful in sorting things out. The breakfast is superb with lot of variety. The bed was massive and very comfortable rest on. The room has a little desk so you can also do some work.
Almost everything, but mostly the staff are very accomodating to my every need. They helped me change room, change my date of stay, etc. The location is also very central in the middle of the city.
