I don't even know where to begin because I had one of the best stays ever! I chose this hotel for one night because it was close to the airport, and I don't regret it at all! Besides being just 10 minutes by car from the airport, the hotel is located in a serene and calm area that feels like stepping into another world!
Talking about the hotel itself, I had a wonderful stay. The room was the size I wanted and was clean and tidy. All the staff, from the reception to the breakfast room, were very polite and friendly. The internet signal worked properly.
The hotel also has an appealing outdoor area where you can enjoy a refreshing drink. The even more positive aspects were the amazing breakfast, the pool, the jacuzzi, the sauna, and the transfer service offered by the hotel to take us to the airport, with a very friendly and helpful driver. It was truly an excellent experience, and my only regret is that it didn't last longer!

I only stayed for one night as a layover, and didn't actually see anything of the town. If you are looking for a place to stay during a trip to Budapest this is not the place, it is to far. However, if you are looking for a cheap option for a layover after arriving to the airport, Gyál has some priceworthy hostels and B&B's. Just remember that the easiest way to get there is by taxi.
