Everything was excellent! The train station was very near, the shop was very near, the beach was also very near. I traveled very easily all around the lake from the Balatonszemes station. The apartment was clean, the beds were very comfortable, all possible kitchen appliances one could possibly need were provided.

Location on the beach. Very roomy accommodation and very clean. Kitchen well sourced and a lovely balcony overlooking the lake. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and always around if needed. Liked the little private beach. Breakfast was superb - plentiful and varied.

Single room was great. Small but all you need with airco and own bathroom/toilet. Very clean. The hosts were very nice and although i only speak a bit of German (and no Hungarian) communication was no problem.

A clean, tidy, friendly place at lake Balaton, with a huge, clean, green, well-kept free beach and a good restaurant (Kistücsök). The prices are very good, too. There are enough sights that even in case of bad weather you can kill time without getting bored.

I have travel the world and I have stayed in Balaton several times. I have to congratulate you for the concept, the room is soundproof, the breakfast was great, the fact that we were able to check-in late, the room and the hotel is spotlessly clean, the parking has cameras and we were able to park our motorcycle in safe place. Thumbs up! We will only stay here when in Balaton! Thank you!
Great food for travelers and fairly calm due to off season for tourism in November. A little issue with neighboring room during the night. Sound traveled through the wall and disturbed my sleep. I don’t fault the hotel for someone’s bad habits that continued all night and interrupted my sleep. I’m sure they didn’t like it either. Otherwise a nice and comfortable place.
atmosphere, the interior design, location – so near by the beautiful shoreline. thoughtful details & well equipped with everything you need, even extras such as a picnic blanket, made our stay very very comfortable. the Village Szemes beats all the other ones on the same shore hands down, much cuter and more authentic while at the same time very well kept
Very courteous hosts, appartements have balcony with beautiful sea view, directly at the beach, hotel has own nice grass-and sand-beach, free sun loungers and parasols, billard, table tennis, free parking.
Very good for families with children, water is not more than 50 cm deep, you can walk for 500 m into the lake.

The view from the balcony was amazing, the whole hotel was furnished in a very modern style.

Very quiet, peaceful place with very friendly personnel, brilliant breakfast. At the same building there's a very good restaurant, with very good food and atmosphere. The hotel is in the center of the village, 10 minutes of pleasent walk to Balaton. Highly recommended place!
The location is very good, it is really close to the city center and there are many shops around the hotel. I think this is a great acccomodation if you are on active holiday and don't want waste your time in the hotel.
