The view from the terrace was amazing - that's what this apartment is all about. The terrace is perfect - we used it all the time - the sun shines there for breakfast and then the shade all day, which is great when it's very hot. We got little present from the host and she was very kind and helpful :). The beach was 30 meters away. We packed the scooters for the children and then was the city center accessible wihout problems (20 mins of walking)

Sutivan is a very quiet and pretty little seaside village. It is of course the home of the famous luxury Lemon Garden hotel. We did not stay there as it was over our budget but we did look around and it is magnificent. We did have a delicious lunch in their lovely restaurant right on the sea.
The village is very easy to get around and many people hire bikes there as it is verycbike friendly place

There is always a beech which is not crowded. The famous "Stivanka" pizza is the best, offered by Bracera Restaurant. You can easily drive to other places on Brac from Sutivan. You feel connected to the nature more than in other places.

If you are looking for a quiet place to stay on the island...
If you are looking for a quiet place to stay on the island of Brac, then Sutivan is the best place. Because it is a small town, there are less tourists and more tranquility. The beaches are of course smaller than, for example, in Supetar, but definitely nicer and without crowds. At the same time, Supetar is so close that you can drive up to it for major purchases or explore other sights.

Sutivan is extremely picturesque and very relaxed —our accommodation ( Apartment Afrodita)was excellent with Mila a star ( she doesn’t speak English and payment is by cash or IBAN xfer —if you do a bit of German your fine) -the food standard in the village isn’t great if you dine out ( exception of Garden grill ) and we hiked or bussed to Supetar when we could however the village is VERY family friendly .DONT get a taxi from the ferry without pre booking as l was charged £43 for 9 kilometres-everything else l pre booked and l would recommend Zip transfers for Split airport to harbour ( half the cost of others )

Great little place.
Great little place. You can enjoy beautiful beaches or ride around the island with lots of content. Local food speciality is great to try, and oil museum and Brac Island museum are great additional activities.
Villa Mista is just lovely. it’s in a beautiful peaceful location with a lovely private beach just 200yarfs away. We had a lovely stay and particularly enjoyed the badminton court which we used every day. the swimming pool was wonderful. our host Mislav was so helpful, we had to ask for help one day because we broke the badminton racquet and couldn't find a place near to get new ones, he got his mum to send some over on the ferry for us. A really lovely host. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone who wishes to visit Brac

Absolutely everything was perfect. Beautiful villa and pool, lovely host and the best location. A very short walk to several small beaches and the picturesque town of Sutivan. We loved sitting on the roof terrace overlay the sea to drink our morning coffee. Everything had been thought of and provided in the spacious villa and everything was spotlessly clean. Plus a few extras in the fridge when we arrived late which was fab. Alex was there to organise everything and gave advice where needed. The church bell's were so beautiful and the 5 minutes walk to the beach was a pleasure. We will definitely be back. The PS5 and pool were great for the kids. Loved every minute.
The location was stunning. The hotel building and grounds were stunning, with it's own vegetable garden and a lovely pool area. If you want to totally relax this hotel is for you. We took the bikes that you could have for free and rode to the beach which was so lovely. The breakfast was delicious with homemade bread and chocolate croissants, eggs, cheeses and meats. Dinner was exceptional. Lemongarden heaven!
The room was spacious and comfortable. Everything we needed was there. The host was very kind and helpful and was always available when needed.
Our room/studio was very close to 2 supermarkets and also to the port of Sutivan were you can enjoy a great sunset. There was also a parking lot nearby so finding a parking space was never an issue.

Staying in Sutivan is great for relaxing, peaceful holiday. Bretia apartments nice place to stay, highly recommend. We love the pool, the bicycles, everything is close. The host, Darko, is a great guy, very helpful, resolving a tiniest issues immediately, with no hesitation, really working hard to discretely keep everything in order. Dora is excellent! It’s our best accommodations in our entire trip. The location is prefect! 3 mins to the Sutivan beach/restaurants. The apartment is new renovated, the bed is very comfortable, we had very good sleep. The shower is nice and clean. We just love this place so much!!! We will come back next time. We are highly recommend this place.
This apartment is situated in the heart of Sutivan. It is very spacious, has great views from the sunroom, has lovely decor, great air conditioning, and has the sweetest hosts! They even shared cake and watermelon from their children’s birthday party with us! My whole family had such an unforgettable stay here—we loved it!
The apartment was really nice and well decorated. I loved the attention to detail and seaview. The location was also great with the proximity to beaches and the lovely town of Sutivan. The island is easily accessible by ferry but you get th epiece and quite in the town of Sutivan which was fantastic.

Location is excellent. Sutivan is probably the prettiest part of Brač island. Highly recommend the Modrulj restaurant nearby. Room was super clean. View was nice. There is a beatuiful prommenade nearby. Apartment is very spacy.
