There where around 10 mosquitoes in the room, my child had 5 bites on the face when we woke up. Rooms where outdated and a bit dirty. Staff was however friendly.

The apartment was more or less ok, but with my review I want to emphasize, that it was not clean.
Surrounded by lush greenery in the Zlatna Luca Bay, Apartments Bracic is only 500 metres from the sandy beach and 200 metres from Sukosan town centre.

Lovely ladies, very welcoming and friendly. Great value for money. Payment is in cash which wasn't a problem for us as we had read the reviews. Pool was clean. Even gave us some wine when the shops were shut on the Sunday so we really appreciated that!

Amazing trip, very kind and helpful owners. Place was extremely beautiful and relaxing 😎 also clean and quiet.
We've got amazing home made wine. Thank you for that 🙏♥️
Location is in the best place. Close to the beach, mini market, bakery, restaurant, beach bar and mountains and still has vibe of village.
The apartment has everything what you need even for cooking.
I recommend that place very much.

If you’re looking for nightlife or busy bars then stay in Zadar because Sukosan is a beautiful but sleepy village. It has quite a few restaurants/bars but they’re definitely not lively.
The restaurant are mainly fish based or Italian and all fairly reasonable priced.

Sukosan is absolutely beautiful..
Sukosan is absolutely beautiful..We found that the locals were super friendly, kind and helpful.
We struggled to find the apartment because we had no nternet or satnav
but people we asked for help went out of their way to help us, even contacting the owner. We were approx 2km away but they said that they couldn't help us. Thank God for the locals.
The harbours are truly stunning, the sea was crystal clear. There are supermarkets and beautiful restaurants. I would highly recommend ,Sukosan for a holiday or even an overnight at its 10 mins from the airport and 15 mins into Zadar itself which is a beautiful place..

We were there at the end of the season so quite quiet but enough for 2 days .We didn't have time to explore the beaches or Zadar but it has the feeling of a safe welcoming fishing village that is having some money injected into it. There was a new promenade and planting so am guessing it will only get more popular. There were a couple of touristy bars and a couple of exceptional restaurants and bakeries. So well located for the airport to squeeze the last hours out of your holiday.

Sukošan is an excellent starting point for Croatia...
Sukošan is an excellent starting point for Croatia sightseeing. It's not only well connected to Zadar (for those who avoid using cars in foreign countries) but also has a pretty good connection with main roads.
City/town itself is rather small but it's quite easy to find good restaurants, bars and pubs. Some of them however appear to be opening past 4, 5 or even 6 pm, so it's good to keep that in mind if you are interested in particular cousine.
Plenty of little and big markets are always well stocked - none of them uses self-service checkouts though and not all cashiers understand english.

good access by car, great access by plane, Sukosan is 10 minutes TAXI drive from the airport, nice little city, approximity to big city Zadar is very good, around 15 mins drive. Plenty of restaurant options in Sukosan, great Marina (D-marin), which is also available to access by general public, beach in Marina is also very nice. JOSO restaurant on the main road probably the best choice in Sukosan.
The hotel is near the sea, only a few steps from the terrace to the sea. The room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of the sea from the balcony. They provide sun beds for free. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was ok and food at the restaurant was good.
They have a parking lot in front of the hotel.
There were mosquites, but there was a anti-mosquito device in the room.
There is no elevator, but they helped carry the luggage when we arrived.
If you're looking for a relaxing seaside retreat with top-notch service, look no further than this family-owned gem. Nestled in a perfect location for relaxation, with stunning view of the sea, this hotel offers impeccable cleanliness, cozy rooms and great breakfast. Beyond the tranquil atmosphere, there's an abundance of nearby attractions to explore. A delightful blend of comfort and convenience for a great holiday. I recommend exploring it off-season as well.
Very nice place for families with kids and dogs. Owner - host is very nice, polite. The location has nice nature, peace. It is great accommodation, we really liked it.
Sukosan area is dog friendly, on main beach you can not go to sea with dog, but in the end of beach or behind the village - you can go for wild beach with dog. Near apartment you have different groceries, restaurants, bakeries.
On post office you can exchange money if you need.
The location was a few minutes farther walk than other properties, but it was totally worth it for the wonderful pool and patio area - our kids like the beach but they loved the pool, trampoline, swing, etc. The owners were so very kind, the apartment was comfortable and the small village of Sukosan makes for an easy relaxing holiday with kids. Hard to beat the beautiful Adriatic Sea and this was a perfect home base!
Excellent breakfast, wonderful and friendly service, great restaurant. They even cooked lunch for us on request outside of their regular hours. Loved that the hotel provided sun beds and umbrellas for the beach. The chef, who is also the owner, is wonderful. We ended up having dinner there as well.
Marijana, thank you for the warm welcome!
Highly recommended to book this amazing apartment. Very nice, extra clean and cozy, with loads of lovely decoration and beautiful flowers!
Everything is very close, the marina,the supermarket,city centre,restaurants. :)
Beautiful views of the sunsets from terrace. Very nice and helpful owner Ana. We've had to change our dates because of cancelled flight and she did that without any problems plus Very late arrival at night and she even bought us something to drink.
Modern apartment. Large enough for 2 people + dog. Comfortable beds. Nice terrace with sea view.
50m walk from their restaurant for a very good breakfast. Also to recommend to have dinner there.
Close to Zadar, beaches and the town of Sukosan.
The room was very stylish, modern, spacious and the sauna in the room was amazing. The best room and service we have had in Croatia. The food meaning dinner and the amazing big breakfast was fabulous, best ever. All the staff were so friendly.
This is a great place to stay if you board the boat next day, because it is located opposite of the entrance of the Sukošan Marina. The owner is very nice and helpful and the staff is kind and polite. We would stay there again.
Close to airport, just off main road so easy to get bus into Zadar without Zadar prices and noise. Also close to Sukošan beach. Fishing festival each Thursday night for 6 weeks from late June- live folk music in Sukošan.
Great host, very helpful. It was no problem to communicate without knowing the Croatian language. Very good location, close to the beach, the apartment is as described. Parking available on the property.
Great location. Comfortable, clean. Beach is in the backyard. The apartment have everything you need. The accomodation is close to restaurants, markets...
Ms. Ana, the host, a very kind old lady, welcomed us nicely. The apartment was big and for a pit-stop in a larger drive, was supposed to be OK (see below)
