We were really satisfied with staying in this hotel. The staff (especially Daniela at the front desk) was helpful and nice. They also give us a better room. Rooms are not new, but well cleaned. He had no problem parking and they let us leave the car a little longer on the last day after checkout (because it was not the main season and wasn't so full yet). The food is good (not exceptional, but good) and the beach is close. At the whole time, we felt welcomed. Thank you.

Apartments Simpa is in a very good location. The beach 5 minutes by walk, shops 2 minutes. Zelimir and his wife are very friendly, nice and helpful. We received from them welcome present. The view from the balcon are amazing. We have everything which we need. Definetly we recomand to everybody.

Modernly furnished apartment with a view of the Adriatic Sea and within walking distance of the cozy harbor and boulevard with restaurants, terraces and bars.
We particularly enjoyed the quiet surroundings, the atmosphere at the harbor and the sound of the church bells.

We were just 2 minutes from the beach and promenade.
We were just 2 minutes from the beach and promenade. The water was clean and good for swimming but some rubber shoes would be good because the beach we used is shingle and rocks. Its a small town but a nice walk along the beach front and plenty of restaurants. We enjoyed the relatively quiet atmosphere.

The town itself is small but has a long harbour surrounded by excellent resturants and bars . There is a walk in both direstions from the centre along the coast to various coves with good swimming spots and bars and resturants

Lovely location, right on the sea.
Lovely location, right on the sea. We were lucky enough to be there for the ice cream festival, cracking live music just outside our room. the breakfasts are immense with a massive choice of all sorts of hot and cold options

Cute little town, nice small beaches, clear water, enough restaurants. Prices in restaurants were a little cheaper then in other croatian places but the accomodation was a bit more. I would reccomend Njivice for people, who don't like big and noisy places. And be prepared to walk up and down the hill.
Best place to stay when visiting Krk. We were in awe of the facilities and loved our mobile home. The beaches were gorgeous and we loved bringing our dog each day to the dog friendly beach, which was a super short walk from our mobile home. We LOVED the balcony of the home we stayed in and ate each meal on it. We plan on returning for another trip to Krk, The kitchen was very well equipped and we cooked each meal there (please note there is no microwave, oven, or toaster).
The property was near the beach and Centre from Njivice. We were about 500m from the beach (beaches area you could sit and swim along the entire coastline area).
Although a bit outdated, the apartment had everything we needed.
The Centre has a variety of restaurants available so we always had options for lunch and dinner.
The beach is clean and there are also a variety of activities for the whole family.
Room is comfortably big enough, excellent bathroom and sunny balcony. Our dog was treated with big cookie - great Puppiness idea! Loved it!
Breakfast and dinner are fantastic with many choices of maybe something you never tried before. Delicious!

This was our second stay, loved it!
As stated by other and previous guests, the hosts are indeed very kind and accommodating. This included a car transfer from and to the Njivice bus station, which is about 3-4 kilometers away. However, there are serious drawbacks (see below), because of which I cannot recommend this apartment.
Location is beautiful, the staff at the hotel extremely helpful and professional. Special mention for Ksenija, which helped us in changing room and giving us lots of tips about the area. We are already thinking about coming back next year at one of the Aminess resort in Njivice.
The apartment was really clean and spacious. It felt like home. We also loved a garden with swings for our little daughter. I especially appreciated the washing machine in the bathroom.
From the hill we could go down to any beach in Njivice, we were centrally located.
We came for 1 night and ended up staying for 15, it was so nice! Very friendly staff, lovely houses, exceptional location with lots of nature close by.
For the off season price (80/night) it was super reasonably prices.
