The staff is extremely friendly. Mrs Franka knew us by name, always took her time to greet us and give us information. The breakfast is excellent, so many options. Location is great, we walked to the beach every day and the busstop is also very close by. Communication with the property was also great. Super happy with our experience and stay, definitely recommend.

A gem of a place! Situated just off the main road, but away from the noise of the traffic. My room was small and compact but had everything I needed and the bed was extremely comfy.
Ideally placed for touristing in Dubrovnik Old Town, travelling to Cavtat or just strolling along the seafront & harbour in Mlini.
Featuring an outdoor swimming pool, Rooms Villa Adriatic enjoys an elevated position in Mlini, about 7 km from Dubrovnik's centre. Various beaches can be reached within a 5- to 10-minute walk.

Beautiful villas! Walking distance from beach, bus stop supermarket. Excellent value for money compared to Dubrovnik. I arrived very late (11:30 at night) and the host cooked me a delicious 3 course meal with fresh vegetables from his garden! Highly recommend

Beautiful promenade along the coast with multiple beaches, playgrounds, public clean toilets, restaurants, bars, and a mall. The beaches are pebble beaches, no sand. There is beaches with shade as there is a lot of trees along the promenade / coast. Great vibe, beautiful views, and you can rent jet skies or other watersport toys there as well.

Mlini is stunning.
Mlini is stunning. The perfect getaway away from the hustle and bustle of Dubrovnik. Beaches are beautiful and the views are something else. A handful of really good restaurants too. Everything within a 5/10 minute walk and only a short boat ride or taxi to Dubrovnik or Cavtat.

Quiet place with some other guest houses nearby, as well as a bigger Sheraton a few hundred meters away.
A few restaurants in the immediate vicinity, and a handful more around the Sheraton hotel along the boardwalk.

Mlini and Dubrovnik surprised us with not such good service, angry people in the supermarket, and unreasonably high prices. The nature and the views are amazing, but better be prepared and do good research and planning before going there to avoid surprises and disappointments.

The Hotel was situated in a small little alcove, a few restaurants, all connected to the hotel so easy to settle bills, it had a harbour which was served by two different boat company's, So it was very easy to get a boat to Cavat or Dubrovnik, both a must if staying here, just make sure the city doesn't have too many cruise ships docked or the city can be overrun. You could also get the three Island cruise ship from the harbour, which went everydayThe boats are very frequent, and at 15 euro return, a fair price to pay.

We had the opportunity to visit several beaches: Mlini, Srebreno and Kupari. The beaches are clean, equipped, the water is warm, there are a lot of people, of course, but this was absolutely not a problem for our family.
I must admit I was a bit surprised by the absence of local markets where one could purchase fresh vegetables, fruits, or locally caught fish in Croatia (Croatia, beautiful country where's all the fish catched from that beautiful sea of yours? :) ). There is a supermarket called 'Konzum' with a broad selection, but the fish variety is very limited. On a positive note, I'd recommend visiting the restaurant called 'Oleander', where you can experience exceptional service, delectable dishes, and fantastic live music. However, right next door, there's the "Basilico" restaurant, where we encountered rather impolite behavior from the waitstaff.
Our stay in Mlini was great. The property itself is very nice and clean and has all you need. You can go to Dubrovnik, Old City by boat (15 minutes) or by bus as the station is very close. You should definitely make a dinner at the property because of the nice view and marvelous home made food:) Mlini itself has its own charm of not that populated beach with many things to do with kids - platform jumping, water-pool and extremely blue water! Spend some time at the beach and discover the spirit of Croatia:) It has some nice bars as well.
highly recommend place to stay when you want to visit Dubrovnik or have some nice holidays as there are a few beaches nearby.
you can reach Dubrovnik by bus number 10. It takes around 15 minutes. the bus stop is very close.
walking distance to the beaches and abandoned hotels area.
very big studio with kitchen and all appliances. Big balcony south oriented.
pet friendly - a big garden is available.
private parking space is available.
a big thank you to the host and her father for your kindness and support!
We didnt sleep at the hotel because at the last minute we were informed that our room had mistakingly been rented out. However, the hosts still made sure we had a very pleasant stay, which we most certainly did. The guest met us on arrival and personally checked us in a nice apartment downtown. Then she came to pick us up the next morrning and drove us to the hotel, where we were allowed to spend the whole day by the pool. Really nice spot to relax close to nice beaches on the Dubrovnick Riviera
Very good property for the price. Easily accessible straight from the main road. There was free parking. It had a fridge, internet, tables outside and inside - pretty much everything we needed. Good and spacious bathroom. The bus station for Dubrovnik and other places around is right next to the property, which was great! We were sightseeing through some 200km of the Adriatic Coast in 2 days and the Anamarija apartment served as an excellent base for the trip.
Everything. Good size, comfortable bed, great shower, washing machine and clothes airer, well equipped kitchenette, large terrace (we were in the lower apartment) with seats and loungers. There was a bottle of wine waiting for us on arrival. The owners also own the restaurant and the bar below (which are both very good) and are very accessible. Parking (2 motorcycles) was available beyond the barrier for the Mlini hotel.
The hotel is in a wonderful location by the sea, has its own parking lot, and you can easily get to Dubrovnik or other places of interest by water taxi. Great breakfast! Responsive staff. The Standard rooms in the main building are very small. We decided to stay longer at the hotel and changed the room to a Suite with a terrace, it was wonderful. All in all we really enjoyed it and will be back again.
The staff were so friendly and helpful. They were all great! The hotel was spotless! The breakfast was delicious. There was a very relaxed atmosphere in the hotel. It was in a perfect spot. 15 mins one way to Dubrovnik and 15 the other way to Cavtat. And the bus stop was right outside. The beach is about 3 mins walk and there a a couple of lovely walking trails nearby.
Very good location, close to beaches, restaurants& coffee bars, supermarket, bakeries and bus station if you need, property have free parking (leave car there during your stay), everything you need is at healthy walking distance and going to old town Dubrovnik by bus or Uber is way cheaper than going with your own car.
Room was comfortable, clean, with sea view.
Breakfast extraordinaire, with some tables on the terrace, viewing the sea.
Location is close to the Adriatic magistral road, some 100 meters to the beach in front of Sheraton Hotel.
Nice restaurant and caffes close. Large Shopping mall is very close.
Garage available.
Beautiful and quiet little town next to Dubrovnik with a perfect Infinity pool and many beaches to relax. Easy to get nearest cities by boat taxi or by bus. Large room with big balcony! Breakfast was versatile and tasty. The hotels minimarket was good and the elderly lady was very friendly, blessings to her!
The view was nice, from areas of the house above my room. The location was convenient to go to Dubrovnik or ?Cavtat, but it was difficult to find some decent restaurants in the area. I did find a good restaurant, but that was after I found that the one I wanted to go to was not accepting customers.
wonderful views from our villa. excellent location. near Dubrovnik but out of the touristic hustle. staff very friendly. nice beach restaurants/bar. easy parking. good breakfast. our visit to Dubrovnik will stay in our memories due to this hotel experience.
We came to Mlini as the last part of our Croatian trip and enjoyed this hotel a lot. The staff is extremely nice and pays a lot of attention to details, the breakfast was delicious and the room is also great.
The staff was so friendly and efficient. Breakfast was excellent. Location convenient to places of interest. Room was excellent. I loved everything about this hotel!
Great and friendly host, nice location, close to many nice beaches, not far from Dubrovnik. Big shopping mall nearby. The apartment was nice and clean.
