I loved everything, the facilities are top, the opening hours of the pools, the spa, the rooms are so pretty, everything is so comfortable. The breakfast has things for every taste and the area for the food is very pretty as well. The location is perfect but probably you'll need a car. I would recommend this hotel 100% and I would gladly come again. The people working here are very friendly and helpful.

It was last minute reservation and it was great. We only stayed one night, off season. At the time the area is very quite.
Apartment is very nice, clean and has everything you need. It is few minutes to the beach and 10 minutes walking distance to grocery store and bar by the sea..

I had a great experience at this vacation rental near Zadar. The apartment was well-equipped and spacious, and having a balcony was a nice touch. The location was excellent, being very close to a small beach. The host was really kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend it!

In the small town of Petrčane, there is a decently equipped motorboat rental, both with and without a captain.
I highly recommend taking a boat trip around the surrounding islands and bays.
The town has pleasant restaurants and bars with a peaceful atmosphere. I highly recommend going to see old Zadar and possibly the island of Vir, which can be reached by car.
There is a great restaurant in Petrčane at the Petrčane hotel, great seafood, pleasant service and the view is beautiful. You can park everywhere without any problem, both paid and unpaid.

Very nice promenade along the beach to the center of Petrcane with restaurants. In the center is a lot of atractions. For the fee you can use swimmingpools in beach bar and nearby sandy beach, both close to the apartment.

A small village built for tourism on the shore. All the apartments are quite close to the sea. The water is very clean, the beaches are located to follow the sun during the day.
There are some 5 decent restaurants and two small shops. For a bigger shopping you need to travel to Zadar (10 km).

Petrcane is a small, friendly fishing village with a few pebble beaches, and some small marinas/piers. There are some small shops and a few restaurants/bars. The location has stunning views. It's only a 15-minute drive to nearby Zadar, and there's a regular bus service to Zadar and Nin. A peaceful place, right beside a big town/city.

Petrcane is a very small seaside village, a half-hours drive north of the much larger city of Zadar. Petrcane has a couple of small rock and pebble beaches (no sand beaches) with absolutely crystal-clear water. The town centre is on the sea front with bars and restaurants facing the sea, which is nice. There are a couple of tiny corner shops in the town centre but a much more convenient small supermarket about 15 minutes walk out of the town centre, near the best beach (Punta Skala) which is a private beach that costs 40 Kuna per person to access (absolutely worth it).

Pertcane has a lot to offer to all!
Pertcane has a lot to offer to all! The beach is accessible with sandy bottom, perfect for having fun in the water (throwing the ball to each other, learning to swim...). There is a lot of place around the lagoon to put your towel, but you can also rent a deck chair. Parking is a drag: there is not a lot of place for all the cars, but there is a new free parking space opened near the church. There is a small Konzum shop at the center, but you cannot but newspapers in Petrcane. We had a pretty good meal at hotel 'Pinija'. My kids love coming here!
Very pleasant place to stay. Close to the beautiful beach in a quiet area. Our room was very small with low ceiling. So was the bathroom. We stayed 2 nights and it was fine. We had great sea view! Temperature in the room was very pleasant during night. Although it was very hot outside, temperature in the room was pleasant and no need to use AC. Overall very pleasant stay for great value. And Petrcane is beautiful!
This is a very good apartment even for a family of five people. The hosts are wonderful people, helpful, communicative and with a great heart. The garden pool is a real blessing, and everything was clean and in order. Petrcane is a nice place, not so loud but with a good atmosphere and nice beaches. We would definitely like to come back! Everything was great, location, food, programs. Very good hotel for all purposes! Separate indoor and outdoor pools as well as private beach. Furthemore, tennis and mini golf court, wate equipment to rent, etc. Rooms are clean due to daily profound cleaning. Beds are comfortable. AC was working well.
Brilliant resort overall with access to the beach; and loads of restaurant and little bar options along the beautiful seafront. Beach beds to lie out, wherever we went! And the gorgeous pools beside the hotel. The food on offer was fantastic, especially for hotel of that size, every meal we enjoyed.
