Best Western Plus Hong Kong was recommended to us by a friend, who stayed in many hotels around Hong Kong.
The hotel clearly had seen better days and evidently had been built as a more luxurious place that it is now.
It is not so luxurious anymore, but then you get a huge (by Hong Kong standards) room and a perfect location for a very reasonable (by Hong Kong standards) price.
There was a bit of noise coming from the street, but it was never a problem. I do not think there is a quiet place in Hong Kong anyway.

For this booking, I have been doubled charged for the same stay and please refund back as soon as possible . One charged on my visa credit card and one on my Amex and I was told the refund will be done in days but weeks passed and nothing has happened.
