Everything was lovely in the room and the location was great. I was travelling with my daughter and 2 beds were provided for us as requested. We had difficultly connecting to the wifi on the third floor the first night, Brought it to Demetri's attention and were moved to the second floor the remainder of our stay. Demetri made it for an excellent stay.

The hotel offers a very nice breakfast. It is located 8 minutes from Githio. Perfect location after you understand how to get there (at first the GPS took us through little streets). We had a great vacation and will be happy to return next time :)

Great town with amazing restaurants and beaches. Big enough to explore and small enough to see in a few days. Also, nice bars for after dinner drinks too. Shop owners and restaurant owners are very welcoming and they all spoke English.

Interesting town I expected it to be more picturesque but a good chunk, maybe a third of the town's buildings, are abandoned and derelict which really brings the whole place down. Overall though it was pleasant, vibing in the evening with loads of nice restaurants. Not much nightlift but that doesn't bother me.

The Olive Yard was perfect!
The Olive Yard was perfect! It was beautifully decorated and very clean. The breakfast basket was the best we had in Greece! The hotel staff washed, dried and neatly folded our laundry. It was very much appreciated, especially when you're on a road trip around Greece and don't often have access to laundry facilities. The staff were so friendly and I enjoyed meeting and chatting with them. Beautiful local beach which is a short walk from The Olive Yard. Perfection...and I will definitely stay there again.

The hotel lakonis 1972 is getting renovated so the view will be much better than a old building skelete.

Gythio is a working small port with a pleasant promenade...
Gythio is a working small port with a pleasant promenade lined by good restaurants. It seems to have remained unchanged. As it was the last night of a longer driving trip, we didn’t have the time to see other interesting sites, such as the museum and shipwreck, of the town.
We ate at Saga which was terrific!
We had some initial problem with the room but Mr. Barounis, the hotel manager, was very kind and professional giving us an upgrade and offering us a dinner. The chef prepared excellent dishes with a perfect presentation. All staff very young but professional and efficient. The cleaning staff was efficient as well.
The hotel is located in an ideal position, right in front of the beach of Mavrouvni and not so far from Gythio.
This is our 5th year in a row visiting same hotel with my wife and 4years old son.
It is a unique hotel to relax with a very nice, wide and quiet beach to spend time with family.
Personnel is exceptional, super kind, and always there for you!
Breakfast is superb and also served to you (no buffet self service), which is very nice also.
Service at the beach, also makes you worry about nothing!

Las Hotel is a unique place for your stay in Gutheio. Just behind the Municipality’s building in the heart of the city center. Amazingly clean, spacious and well decorated rooms with qualitative and brand new furniture. Breakfast was amazing with a variety of options and an amazing outdoor area to enjoy your breakfast. Swimming pool, and open bar restaurant at the roof garden are bringing it in another level.
We loved every minute of our staying at the hotel. The hosts were warm and friendly.Our compliments especially go to the receptionist Eva who was helpful at all times. 🙂
The hotel has unique beauty and its location is excellent as a starting point for exploring the surrounding area because it's near all the beautiful beaches and places.
The room was spacious and beautiful. The overall ambience of the hotel was wonderful. The staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast was delivered in a beautiful basket which we were able to enjoy in our patio. A special thanks to Katerina who was amazing, informative and made our overall experience a 10/10.
It takes you back to the 70s - 80s. You almost expect the likes of Alain Delon to come out of one of the rooms. Kudos to hotel owners for preserving original bathroom fittings and room decors from those times. Very stylish, very clean, very well maintained. The sea view from room was exceptional.
The hotel’s location was very good, right on the waterfront (port) with lots of restaurants and cafes an easy walk. The hotel is a basic old fashioned hotel but rooms were fine, bed comfortable. Staff were very friendly.
