Thronos is ideally situated for exploring the wonderful Amari valley, its villages and scenery. Also handy for the Patsos gorge and the Potami dam. One week wasn't enough - I barely did a basic recce. If I had had more time, I would have ridden my scooter to one of the many, many beautiful locations that I discovered and just walked for an hour or two, drinking in the views and enjoying the sunshine.

it was like being part of the family.
it was like being part of the family. Wonderful food and hospitality. The room had been beautifully redecorated and from the balcony i had the most exceptional view of Mt Psilitoris and the valley. The hotel is one of the loveliest places i have stayed on my travels. I sincerely recommend to everyone
