We liked the comforting family feel of the villa with amazing views, plenty of space for the family members to find quiet corners :) Sarah was easily reachable during our stay. We didn’t rent a car, but the manager Christos and his daughter were extremely helpful, also recommend their boat trip. The windmill restaurant is just a few minutes walk, great food, and were very helpful with advice (local transport, places to see). It is also literally next door to Askos Zoo. Lovely restaurants in Nikolaos. We also took ferry to Kefalonia from the port.

Nice and quiet, busiest time was for breakfast and it wasn't exactly busy. Pool was very quiet in the day if you wanted to just read a book and chill. Towels changed everyday.

The hotel is located in the tourist centre of Alikanas village - so it is close to all interesting places like restaurants, shops and beach. The biggest surprise was the nice aesthetic and comfort of the room - especially beds, we really loved sleeping on them! The staff was also helpful, they printed us the boarding passes and told hints about what to do around while staying here.

Staff were the highlight for us, with the location of the beach and proximity to the hotel. They were always friendly, and smiling - working long hours All inclusive - the quality of alcohol and food was acceptable - cannot complain really. Maybe some more chicken and not pork. Lots of options. Happy.

Central location, great host Nikos and friendly helpful staff, clean and well maintained, lovely pool area. Helped with bags to/from room. Right next to main area with shops, bars and restaurants and 3 min walk to beach. Good snack/light meal menu & drinks/smoothies available. Clean bedding/towels changed every 3 days, room/bins tidied daily and toilet rolls supplied. Basic kitchen equipment including kettle and mugs and also included teatowel which is often missing from other apts I've stayed in. Good shower head fixed to wall and could take off for rinsing sandy feet etc and 2 bathmats so you could keep one at bathroom door to keep main room dry. Loved that swallows' nests were protected on balconies and not removed - was notified of this/any mess in the balcony corner was cleared and not a problem to share, so nice to see the swallows coming and going!
