Traveling out of season was quite and relaxing. We had a large and beautiful sea view apartment. The facilities of it are really high quality. The bed was king size and very comfortable. Private parking and high speed internet. Definitely recommend it.

Siviri is a lovely, quiet village which is great for a relaxing holiday. I'm sure it gets very busy in the height of the season, but we go in early September when it's calmer. There are some nice restaurants, some of which are on the beachfront. There are quite a few people there, but don't go if you're looking for an exciting time.

The staff and the ladies from the reception and boys from restaurants were really nice they helped us with the baby stroller all the time, the even gave us plates and knife for our birthday cake to have birthday at the beach, excellent food in a restaurant and service, excellent location, beach is in front of the hotel , parking place was provided too. For sure we are coming next summer!

Its a small village, but very nice.
Its a small village, but very nice. There were lots for restaurants with different type of foods to try. There is also kids arcades. It is very easy to get around. There are mini stores to buy food and stuff you need.
There is no pharmacy there, at least we couldn't find. The nearest one is in Kassendreia, which is about 5km from Siviri.

A smaller town with huge number of two-story vacation houses, mostly surrounded by a small courtyard. Most of the guests were native Greeks. Sufficient number of coast restaurants offering either traditional Greek, sea food, Italian or burger kitchen. Almost no bars and wild night-life, A clean sandy beach with very gradual entry into the water. Small mini-markets inside, a supermarket reachable within 5 minutes by car. Ideal for family relax.

Beach is sandy and nice, water is clear.
A lot of options for dining, few markets, nice path for evening walks by the sea.

The resort is a quiet, unsophisticated place by the sea. At the beginning of June it was not crowded. It is quite clean and there are a lot of shops, including a supermarket for shopping. There are many taverns where you can eat anything.(for instance Alexandros taverna where you can eat good and cheap).
In 15 minutes you can reach the other side of the peninsula, Kalithea beach, but also the Possidi Cape and beach (on the same side) where the view and the water are magical.
Very close to the beach and the sea 2 min walk max. The rooms with the view both the pool and the sea have very thin aluminium doors and in the night you awake often when the municipality picks up the litter every night or when a car makes more noise or people are walking on the street . It is a 3 star hotel but is right on the beach and the breakfast area is in front of the beach. Breakfast is ok but for a more diversity come before 9AM . Close to other locations.
Breakfast was good, I loved the scrambled eggs, greek olives and tomatoes. And also they had some kind of jam with orange slices that was very good, The coffee was also good.
The hotel was very clean and cosy, very nice swimming pool also suitable for children. I am not the person type who goes two times in the same place, but this place is to keep in mind and I would highly recommend to everyone I know without any doubts.
We loved Iris hotel and we are definitely coming back. The staff is very polite, premises and pool are clean, it's in a quiet location yet 5 minutes walk to a perfectly beautiful beach (top beach in Halkidiki overall). Food in the restaurant was decent - not 3 star Michelin, but good enough to be with full tummies. Room is cleaned daily, linen changed every two days (better than other places we've stayed at).
An excellent location for a successful holiday in Siviri. Great for a family with a child or two, the bedrooms are separate upstairs and on the ground floor living room with kitchen. The apartment is comfortable and clean, a maximum of 7-8 minutes from the beautiful beach of Siviri. Inner courtyard with barbecue, benches and children's playground. I recommend.
Beautiful clean house. Lovely decorations all around it which make you feel comfortable. Great well maintained garden and several terraces with various places to relax. Full of greenery around. For the walking enthousiasts, the woods on the way to Siviri are picturesque (roughly 40 minutes on foot to Masoutis supermarket and 50 to the beach in Siviri).

The house is very accurately presented with the photos and overall it is a good value for money. it offers all basics that one would expect from a vacation house. Location is great and the nearby beach was a very positive surprise. Good recommendation.
We stayed for 8 days in the property (two families - 4 adults and 6 children). The house is really nice and the yard is fantastic. There is a market across the street and beach is in 5 minutes walking distance. We had a really good time there and I would recommend it, especially for families with children.
