Upon arrival we were greeted personally by the owner of the property. He greeted us kindly and asked what he could treat us to.
We were checked into a pleasant apartment, which had a small fold-out kitchen, a stylish shower room and a wonderful sleeping bed with nice linens. We filled out a form in which we indicated our breakfast preferences and went to the bar to freshen up after the road!
The apartment was cleaned every day, for which special thanks to the cleaning staff!
The bar is hidden next to the pool, the bartender Alexandros and the waitress were always friendly and willing to do anything to make their guests happy. I was most pleasantly surprised when, after the bar closed, the bartender, without any questions, happily prepared delicious cocktails and Greek aromatic coffee at our request.
We enjoyed next to the wonderful pool!
Special bravo and thanks to the owner, who walked around the entire territory every morning, cleaned the pool himself and greeted each guest personally, wishing them good morning!
It's nice that after the bar closes, you can use the pool and enjoy the night atmosphere!
Special thanks for the help! We were supposed to leave on Sunday, but our car wouldn't start because the battery was discharged. I contacted the owner for help, he answered with a smile that there was no need to worry, and that he was ready to help!
He invited his son, who drove up in his car, connected the wires to our car and everything was completed successfully!

There was plenty of room even though it was busy. The facilities were amazing and the little extras like wine in the room at the beginning and end of the stay were a lovely touch. The restaurants were lovely and we enjoyed being able to go to different ones. Highly recommend

The loungers at the beach are a bit pricey. However you can get a discount in the loungers as a guest of the Stavronikita community. It’s worth mentioning it if you plan to use the Sani resort facilities.

The hotel and setting is stunning - great beaches and beautiful clear water. In May the resort was not too busy so sunbeds available at pools and the beaches. Staff superb - so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Great restaurants and evening entertainment. Junior suites not huge but seav views to die for. Bring a jumper for nights at this time of year but even then the restaurants bring up heaters and supply blankets.
Don't miss the White night on wednesdays at the Beach bar - brilliant fun.
Buggies or Volvo cars always available to transport you around the resort.

The apartment (we had room number 2):
- Dark (no lights at the ceiling), small window, no decoration, the oven looked rusty and dirty.
- The bed was shaky and the mattress was thin and very uncomfortable.
- The bath room is a dark room without real shower (no curtain, no shower cubical), just a pipe and a hole in the middle of the room.
The service:
On the first day the island was hit by a storm. As a result we had no water and no electricity. After two days without a shower and toilette we asked for a solution. They told us to wait another three(!) days. No offer of an alternate accommodation, nothing.
We cancelled our stay and found a much nicer apartment nearby, but we got no refund. We paid for 12 nights but stayed only 2 very unpleasant nights for the full price!

Everything was great in the House. Very well equipped. Very relaxing for families. Sani Resort is close by and we could enjoy night activity as well. The beach is very close. There was a cleaning in the middle of our stay that we found very convenient. In summary, excellent!
The staff were amazing, looking after us at the beautiful pool bar. Giving water to cool down, advice on beaches, making reservations for sunbeds and restaurants. Kostas (x2) and Peter welcomed us like family.
Our flight home was late and they gave us a very late checkout which meant we could enjoy the day

Clean and well planned. It contains everything you need especially I liked 3 types of coffee machines (Finally, the problem with obtaining a good cup of coffee in Greece was solved). The Sani Marina is nearby with lots of restaurants. The nearby beaches (at Sani) are all with fine sand and shallow, which is excellent for children. The small supermarket is available at Sani Marina. The cheaper prices you may find at Lidl which is 15 minutes away by car.

Hotel is nicely located, only one hour from the airport. Short drive to different beaches, small towns. My kids enjoyed the swimming pool. Personal was very welcoming and friendly. You feel like you are visiting a friend. Pastry for breakfast was delicious. There is mini zoo and playground for small kids. My daughter enjoyed feeding little rabbit.
The room was good size, every room has decent size terrace or patio (garden). The breakfast was great, lots of different choices. The hotel garden is huge and has amazing landscaping. Great air conditioning in the rooms. The beach was excellent especially for kids (white sand i shallow water), although it was a bit crowded.
Sani Verde is located in nature, but is still close to great beaches and restaurants with a short car ride. The hotel garden and pool area is BEAUTIFUL and the rooms are clean and very comfortable. We stayed for three nights and were very sad to leave. Great value for the price and Olga is an amazing host! Thanks!

It was clean, quiet, at first. Fridge is large. Air conditioning is ok. Lidl is 15min away by car. Blue Dream Camping (Sani Beach) is 2min away by car (go after 4pm, sunbeds, showers, sun sets at 9pm, great food at local taverna)
