A very lovely, spacious and clean homely hotel. The hostess Dina is a very kind and warm person. She`s directions (handwritten) for exploring the surrounding area and sightseeing are excellent. In addition, there is everything a visitor may need during a stay, even a coffee machine, coffee and sugar. Apples and cookies were waiting on the table, and the whole hotel has a lot of homely warmth. Parking is right near to the house. We definitely recommend staying at Dina's place, it's a great experience.

It is a typical old house with a private parking place nearby on the main road from Chania to Elafonisi. The beaches can be reached by car on the very good road within 10 minutes. Nearest restaurant is Stomio (5 minutes down by the road, very good). The house is renovated and cosy. Shower and kitchen is working perfect. Aircon I did not try. The house has a small window and a main door going to the street with a moskito net. In front is a small garden with a small table and chairs. On the site is a old olive tree and a limon tree. There are stairs you can walk up on top of the house looking down into the valley. Like the historical old cretan farmer houses, it is rather dark inside, but the electric light is very good and you can leave the main door open in the night and close only the moskito door for fresh air. There is a keylock save on the side of the door where you can get the key. The owner will contact you by whatsapp and give some tips for dinner. A bigger mini market is on the road to Elafonisi, otherwise I recommend to buy the things you need for breakfast in Chania or Kissamos supermarkets.
A good location when you want to spend the day on the beaches and prefer a cooler location for sleeping in the night.

The location is close to the lagoon actually is just across the place and a few minutes drive to the pink beach and its not crowded which is nice to walk around. The owner is so helpful and friendly that he attended all of our requests. He have suggested as well where to go and what to do around the area. We enjoyed our stay! Thank you! =)

The beach is beautiful but has been ruined by sunbeds and amenities. It is no longer remote and private. It is over run with tourists. The accommodation was quiet as only one other place to stay at this beach. The pictures look nicer than the actual space inside. However, the outside is pleasant and quiet. The beach was much nicer early mornings and late afternoon as the hoards of tourists had left.
Nicer mountain view, very quiet. You can see the superb stars in the night, Close to Elafonisi, max 15 min by car. Bad thing is that you have to hike 15 min to the access Elafonissi, as there is a barrier from the paid car park. They don't even let you go and drop off the small infants. but it is worth it.
