The hotel was perfect, the pool area and food was great. It was also very clean, the housekeepers were incredibly friendly and so were all the staff I met. I would recommend this hotel to anyone if they visit platanias.

It was our last stay during our 20 days Crete trip tour. I could say it was one of the top stays during our travel. It just was beyond my expectation. Friendly workers and environment. For those that are interested about all-inclusive I would say it include all main coctails such as Blue lagune, Aperol Spritz, Margarita, Mojito, Piña Colada, ... . There are dinner them night such as real BBQ night, Live music and so on. Food of good quality and both Greek and International foods. I , I as a really difficult guest with usually mid rate reviews, would strongly suggest you to try and stay with them.

Staff was nice and friendly especially reception staff, and they have upgraded our room for two nights to deluxe suite due to not being able to come on the day of booking so really nice gesture! Breakfast was really good, you were able to choose from lots of different meal options and every day was slightly different. Beach from the hotel was okay sandy/city beach. Proximity to nice beaches with car is really good as Falasarna is only 40 minutes away by car, Balos is also close if you want to find tours with ship etc.

Good family oriented resort with lots of eating options from casual to more formal, international to traditional Cretan, close to visit Chania on an excellent bus service. Many handy Supermarkets for those wishing to self cater. Water shoes might be a good idea the beach is kind of sandy the shore is pebbly.

Busy main road, but many apartments off side roads. Good Greek bars and restaurants, which I prefer. Although lots of modern bars and shops if you want. Couple of dancing bars, not if your face, no nightclubs which is good. Restaurants serving tradition food - Nisos (by sea), Sonos (by sea). Drosia (side road). Great cocktails and drinks at Utopia, great staff, more Greek like.

Was just ok, the rooms are clean but the furniture is old and the towels stained. Breakfast was good but the same every day, the beach in front not so clean and full of little stones.
The employes war friendly, specially the cleaning ladies.
The garden was well cared of, lots of flowers and trees.

Great place for families just in the center of the popular village of platanias. A lot of nice restaurants and cafes within a walking distance.
Although Platanias is crowded and busy in the summer we found the hotel really quiet and relaxing. The pool was big and clean and there was a smaller one for kids as well. Pool towels are also provided with an extra cost. A pool bar /restaurant is at site with fair prices.
The room was large and clean with comfortable beds and a kitchenette with all the necessary accessories.
The apartment is very well located, particularly if you are attending a conference at the Minoa Palace hotel. I was about two minutes away from the conference rooms and paid less half than what I would have paid to stay in the MPH. The bus stop to go to Chania is just in front of the apartment and many stores and excellent restaurants are within easy walking distance, as is the beach. The apartment is clean and spacious and the air conditioning works well.
Our flight was delayed but the owner Maria stayed up late to greet us. The pool was lovely, only a few steps away from our apartment. We had the superior ground floor apartment which had two bathrooms and was plenty big enough for 4 people. Small cooking facilities available and all utensils, very clean, beds comfortable. Location very close to beach (there are nicer beaches in Crete but it’s fine), restaurants, bars and lovely shops.
The location of this property is right in the heart of Platanias. Right on the beach with direct access and it’s own lingers: all serviced by the hotel. Breakfasts lovely with a late bar to relax after an evening out. Pool lovely and meticulously clean. Plenty of space to lounge and relax with staff available to serve drinks & snacks. Rooms clean & comfortable.
We are family with children. And we enjoyed our staying at hotel. Territory was not big, but comfortable from another side. Children were glad to use pool and animator's program. Staff was very friendly and helped us with all our questions. Food was fantastic and different every day. Cleaning in room was also perfect. Totally recommend for families!

Good location near the centre of Platanias. Located on the main road but elevated so it's very quiet and secluded from traffic noice. Wonderful big terrace with sea view and jacuzzi for relaxation. Modern looking apartment tastefuly arranged.
We were there with 2.5 years old child and she enjoyed everything, especially terrace and jacuzzi.

The hotel is a good choice considering the price and the position that allows to reach the famous beaches of Chania. The apartment was very good and clean. The food was simple but fresh and very well cooked. The staff is very nice and always available to solve any problem you can experienced during your stay.

And the hotel restaurant, Olive's serve amazing dishes with a breathaking view of the sunset ! As such we have decided to extend our stay.
Excellent location, just seconds away from the beach and so many delicious restaurants around. The sea water was so pleasantly warm and before Platanias we’ve been at 3 other different beaches that were cold. Kiddos couldn’t get enough of swimming! We will be back, thank you for a wonderful stay!

Everything was very good. The hotel is not on a particularly easy to find place (Crete, right), so the host came to pick us up when we realized we couldn't reach the place by ourselves.
You could order breakfast to room also which was great! The location is amazing, right by the beach. Owners are lovely and so helpful! It feels like a home. True gem in Crete!
