The care. Stuff is really forward going. They gave us a room better then we booked. Only because they could, didn't even asked for it. They enabled a late check out. The breakfast is quite colorful. I loved the sleep. Coco mat pillows and mattresses does make a difference.

We initially booked the room as it is very close to Thessaloniki Airport (15 minutes by car) where we had to pick up our rental car the next day.
We were welcomed with a big smile and fruit salad. Stavros is a great host, warm-hearted and helpful.
We walked down to the beach and had some nice food and drinks. You can watch lovely sunsets from the pier.
We had the room with the double bed, Stavros provided a cooling fan and a little aircon.
It’s a charming old house with a lot of cats in the back garden :)

A sweet place close to Thessaloniki.
A sweet place close to Thessaloniki. It has everything you need. In November, when we were there, everything was working, most of the cafes and restaurants, which particularly delighted me. I think I will visit Pereu again.

Our flight was cancelled and I booked on short notice.
Our flight was cancelled and I booked on short notice. They had a room available and even called me to confirm I could check in early, which was great under the circumstances. Right on the seaside with beautiful views, it was a great surprise and excellent value which made our delay experience so much nicer

Peraia is a nice relatively small town, but has everything you'd need. Reasonable supermarkets in town are available. There is a pier from where you can get a boat to Thessaloniki. The beach itself is nice and not overly busy, but busier at weekends as gets crowds in from city.
The promenade is lined with bars and restaurants so whether it's a coffee, cocktail, beer or a relaxing Greek meal, there is plenty to whet the appetite. There are also a couple of small gaming places and you can hire kids bikes / scooters.
A water park (Waterland Thessaloniki) is 20 minutes away by car and the city is 30 minutes away which is well worth a visit with plenty of history, culture to see and the nightlife is also vibrant in the city.

We have been to Perea several times before and love the fact that it's away from the city's business yet still close enough. We have found Perea bit cleaner than previous times however unfortunately still seeing a fair amount of pollution on the streets, beach and ocean unfortunately. Restaurants are generally very well priced with good food. Worth getting the waiter to re-read you order since there is a language gap with locals that has caused some confusion before. Would also be great if they had no smoking restaurants and beaches but rather designated smoking areas. Non smokers, pregnant women and children are constantly exposed to second hand smoke and buds are littered everywhere. Would definitely be a hotspot and highly recommended after a clean up.

Very average place (and beach). Nothing special to do.
Very average place (and beach). Nothing special to do. Also all the beaches nearby (in Thessaloniki) are average or bellow average. It is cheaper then standard Greek touristic places. And the best thing is that it is close to Thessaloniki which is very nice city to hangout.
The apartment is very cosy, has everything that you need for short stays, or even for longer stays. Full kitchenware along with a washing machine. The location itself is very close to the beach, you can even see the sea from the balcony, although not too much. Balcony itself somehow always has breeze, and it's spacious enough for 3 ppl. The bathroom has everything you need, not too spacious but perfect for a quick shower after all day on the beach.
This place was probably the best place I stayed in 13 years of visiting Greece. It was very clean and well organised. What I particularly appreciated was the fact that the owners were really welcoming to us, they took the time to recommend us places in the city and also very discrete during our stay in their house. I fully recommend them and I definitely will return.Thank you, John and Maria!
I spent a lot of time in Greece, visiting different hotels and apartments in different parts of this beautiful country. However, I can only say that this apartment is the best of all. Perfectly equipped, close to the beach, with the possibility to quickly and easily reach any store, even Thessaloniki and I can only thank the wonderful Mrs.Elena, who hosted us and fulfilled every need. 🥰🥰
Everything was above expectations: the staff was excellent and , the rooms were very clean . The location is very close to the beach and right in front of the location there are sun beds free of charge , offered by the owners. The beach is perfect for kids. A lot of taverns all around. I highly recommend it , especially for families with kids.
Super apartment, we will visit again next year! We were with our dog. The apartment is 2 minutes from the Perea beach, there is free parking, there is a huge supermarket near the street Antheon, and there are also a lot of restaurants and bars on the beach street, a 5-minute walk. The host, Milena, was super nice!
Excellent new modern apartment with everything you need for your stay. Good location, parking spots on the street nearby or not far away. Excellent communication with the owner and good video and text information how to reach apartment. Recommend to everyone who need accomodation in Perea.
The stay was very pleasant. Apartment was spacious and clean. Air conditioning in every room. It was very useful as it can get pretty hot in Greece.
Kitchen had all the appliances needed if you wanted to cook a simple meal.
Approximately 10 min walking from the beach
Very nice hotel not too far from the SKG airport. I arrived in the middle of the night and everything was well prepared and ready for my stay. Also the host gracefully allowed me to change my booking by one day due to flight schedule changes. Everything very nice....
The location is perfect close to the beach. The room was recently renovated and had everything you would need. from what we could see almost all rooms had partial or full sea view. The owner was friendly and always helpful when we needed something.
I love how small Perea is, everything was close to our house so there was no problem going anywhere we wanted. I also loved the people in the city. Every single person I had the pleasure talking to was kind and helpful.
Great stay right on the beach! Free lounge chairs for hotel guests. The welcome drink (non-alcoholic) was a nice touch. Comfortable beds and wonderful buffet breakfast with many choices.
Very nice and quiet location, close to the beach. The apartment is very well equipped and clean. Friendly and professional staff. We really enjoyed staying in Perea.
