I appreciated the concept of small pool in every bathroom and that ecological thinking about making sure that after every shower you take the room is fludded with water. It required my family to use all available towels to dry the floor every day.
We loved that the trash cleared every two three days. I helped us being creative about where to store our garbage. Not having anyone available in the reception for the entire days during our entire stay was very helpful.
The smell of fried fish every noon and evening from the restaurant kitchen next door directly into our rooms was a unique experience.
The room was new and comfy, but for this price, there are bette alternatives.

This is a family run business and they work hard to meet your expectations and needs. It has a very good location at one of tbe best beaches in Halkidiki. Nice breakfast, tasty food at the bar-restaurant , umbrella and lounges at the beach provided. Staff friendly and efficient.

Very nice host Stella being ready to help as much as it practically possible. Welkome bottle of wine, water and some fruits was very pleasant to see. Perfect location from logistical point of view (close to the Livrohio beach, not far away from the supermarkets). Nice and clean house/villa.
Other than that a few items worth to be considered from my personal view, but I do not see it as a negative feedback.
The size of the Villa is smaller (60 square meters appeared to be not too spacious) than expcted based on the photos provided, but this was partially compensated by outdoor terrace and barbeque area. Its perfectly suitable for 2 Adults and 1 child. I would consider this property as lovely Guest House rather than Luxury Villa. For more spacious Villa another 1K to be added at least, otherwise its a very good value for money paid.
The Villa is closely located to the main road therefore if there will be a wish to open the window and enjoy the night fresh air then it will not be possible due to the noise from the road or coyote screaming from nearby forest. However, in the summer time the chance to open the window during the night is very low.
I always appreciate a wooden floor in such summer holiday properties, but here on the second level the wooden floor creates an unpleasant noise as soon as you stepped on. I guess this is due to be unable to regulate the micro climate inside the house. When you leave the house completely unattended there is no chance to keep the AC working, so the temperature is jumping from being very hot to a very chilly condition eventually damaging the wooden floor.
The Villa located on the same plot of land as the owner house, so you might see them on regular basis. Therefore its up to you how to consider it. For us it was beneficial since we were able to request a support at any moment of time.

Everything is amazing! The house is surrounded by olive trees and the view is so beautiful. It was very clean and the hosts were really polite. The location is perfect - 3 mins walk to the beach, which had beautiful clear waters and the restaurants in the area were very good We will definitely come back.

The beaches are gorgeous with a selection to choose from. There are many good restaurants: we liked Avros and Aristos next door. There is a lovely stable for horse riding in the mountains: £35 for 90 minutes. There is also boat hire for a day which allows you to visit nearby islands and the blue lagon. You don't need a car as there is plenty to do within walking distannce.

Ideal for a couple of days and with a car to discover the nearby beaches. There are many families with children, and the Mount Athos tour is recommended but make it more private, unless you don't mind doing it on a boat full of families with children

The beaches and nature are fantastic.
The beaches and nature are fantastic. We travelled with small kids, so we mostly splashed in shallow water at the beach, and it was really great that we had a private beach where the kids could play freely. The restaurant Aristos was recommended to us, and we had some great meals there, make sure to get the catch of the day (usually a large fish that'll feed ~4 people). We were 1-2km walking distance from the restaurant and a super market and we had no car, so we made a few longer walking shopping trips; but that was actually an enjoyable part of the holidays. Sailing trips, including to the monastery at Mt Athos, are also available, though we did not take advantage. We will certainly be happy to return in the future!

It is a nice place, quiet at this time as it was out of season. Not all the properties were opened but 3 restaurants were opened on the beach. We used only Avra restaurant for dinner as we enjoyed a lot the sea food over there. Nice people also. We traveled everyday around the 3 peninsulas over there and enjoyed the nice views. A lot of beautiful beaches and worm people. You need to have a car to travel around. You can rent a boat or a tour on the sea also.

Very good location. Kiosk, food and supermarket are walking distance. The taverns there even though crowded all day long thay are a bit expensive. We were going for fish in Pyrgadikia just 15 mins above ormos almost half the price. Other than that very beautiful place to visit and stay :)

Pleasant village. Restaurants and cafes all within walking distance. Boat trips and boat hire. Didn't find a bakery although there is one on the road leading out (accessible by car). There is a small supermarket in the village,.
the spitaki house is excellent for those who want peace and quiet on vacation..it is a house with its own yard, excellently equipped, completely new with more than enough space for parking a car..one of the most beautiful beaches on Sitonia is five minutes' easy walk away. ...from the center of the town, a ten-minute walk..from Lidl, ten minutes by car..the first time in all the years of vacationing that I didn't want to start the car except to go shopping..the owner is kind and unobtrusive..I hope to return to Spitaki
The garden and its facilities are amazing ( the barbeque area, sunbeds,outside big refrigerator), olive trees are big and helpful creating shade, very close to Latoura beach (excellent water),the house is a good size, nice view from the terraces. Sandra the the host was very helpful ( flexible to our requests) and very nice. The kitchen is a good size with good amenities, the living room is very nice. It is close to restaurants in Ormos Panagias bay ( 700 m),Lagonisi beach (1 km). For us the garden was the best part.

Ormos Panagias is a lovely place to stay for a vacation, please consider the parking issues when you make your holiday reservation. Stergios beach house is centrally located, very clean, the host is amazing, very good i-net connection, amazing view from the terrace. Nice beaches reachable by car or 15-20 minutes walk.
The owners are nice and ready to help you, location is very good with a beach in front of the hotel but not ideal for swimming, for that you have the huge trani amouda beach not so far. The restaurant is very good with nice staf. The room was cleaned every day, with sheet's and towels changed, and the bed was ok.
The house was everything that was described and even more - clean and well equipped, with a spacious beautiful garden and summer kitchen, olive groves near and it is only 10 minutes from the beach.
Pavlos and his father are so lovely, friendly and helpful.

The house is at a perfect location if you are looking for some peace and quiet not far from the beach. Villa has everything you need,Grocery store, fruits and vegetables, bakery, all in walking distance. Amazing property, perfect for tavelling with kids/teenagers
Perfect location in a great little village. The beach is really near but the one in from of the house is not that good. The better one is 5 min away on the same shore. There are great restaurants, beach bars and supermarkets nearby to make the stay perfect.
Everything was perfect in this new, very clean house/room. The staff was very friendly. Maria (the hostess) introduced us in the room and the area, recommended placed to eat, beaches to visit and answered all our questions. We couldn't ask for more.
