I appreciated the concept of small pool in every bathroom and that ecological thinking about making sure that after every shower you take the room is fludded with water. It required my family to use all available towels to dry the floor every day.
We loved that the trash cleared every two three days. I helped us being creative about where to store our garbage. Not having anyone available in the reception for the entire days during our entire stay was very helpful.
The smell of fried fish every noon and evening from the restaurant kitchen next door directly into our rooms was a unique experience.
The room was new and comfy, but for this price, there are bette alternatives.

Very nice host Stella being ready to help as much as it practically possible. Welkome bottle of wine, water and some fruits was very pleasant to see. Perfect location from logistical point of view (close to the Livrohio beach, not far away from the supermarkets). Nice and clean house/villa.
Other than that a few items worth to be considered from my personal view, but I do not see it as a negative feedback.
The size of the Villa is smaller (60 square meters appeared to be not too spacious) than expcted based on the photos provided, but this was partially compensated by outdoor terrace and barbeque area. Its perfectly suitable for 2 Adults and 1 child. I would consider this property as lovely Guest House rather than Luxury Villa. For more spacious Villa another 1K to be added at least, otherwise its a very good value for money paid.
The Villa is closely located to the main road therefore if there will be a wish to open the window and enjoy the night fresh air then it will not be possible due to the noise from the road or coyote screaming from nearby forest. However, in the summer time the chance to open the window during the night is very low.
I always appreciate a wooden floor in such summer holiday properties, but here on the second level the wooden floor creates an unpleasant noise as soon as you stepped on. I guess this is due to be unable to regulate the micro climate inside the house. When you leave the house completely unattended there is no chance to keep the AC working, so the temperature is jumping from being very hot to a very chilly condition eventually damaging the wooden floor.
The Villa located on the same plot of land as the owner house, so you might see them on regular basis. Therefore its up to you how to consider it. For us it was beneficial since we were able to request a support at any moment of time.

The beaches are gorgeous with a selection to choose from. There are many good restaurants: we liked Avros and Aristos next door. There is a lovely stable for horse riding in the mountains: £35 for 90 minutes. There is also boat hire for a day which allows you to visit nearby islands and the blue lagon. You don't need a car as there is plenty to do within walking distannce.

Ideal for a couple of days and with a car to discover the nearby beaches. There are many families with children, and the Mount Athos tour is recommended but make it more private, unless you don't mind doing it on a boat full of families with children

The beaches and nature are fantastic.
The beaches and nature are fantastic. We travelled with small kids, so we mostly splashed in shallow water at the beach, and it was really great that we had a private beach where the kids could play freely. The restaurant Aristos was recommended to us, and we had some great meals there, make sure to get the catch of the day (usually a large fish that'll feed ~4 people). We were 1-2km walking distance from the restaurant and a super market and we had no car, so we made a few longer walking shopping trips; but that was actually an enjoyable part of the holidays. Sailing trips, including to the monastery at Mt Athos, are also available, though we did not take advantage. We will certainly be happy to return in the future!

It is a nice place, quiet at this time as it was out of season. Not all the properties were opened but 3 restaurants were opened on the beach. We used only Avra restaurant for dinner as we enjoyed a lot the sea food over there. Nice people also. We traveled everyday around the 3 peninsulas over there and enjoyed the nice views. A lot of beautiful beaches and worm people. You need to have a car to travel around. You can rent a boat or a tour on the sea also.

Very good location. Kiosk, food and supermarket are walking distance. The taverns there even though crowded all day long thay are a bit expensive. We were going for fish in Pyrgadikia just 15 mins above ormos almost half the price. Other than that very beautiful place to visit and stay :)

Pleasant village. Restaurants and cafes all within walking distance. Boat trips and boat hire. Didn't find a bakery although there is one on the road leading out (accessible by car). There is a small supermarket in the village,.
The choice of these apartments turned out to be very successful for us. Great location. Latoura Studios is located right on the beach, the view from the balcony to the sea is beautiful. At a distance of 15 minutes walk - the port, where there are restaurants and excursion boats. There are many beautiful beaches on both sides of the hotel. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. But the main advantage of Latoura Studios is the hosts, whose hospitality and willingness to help is beyond praise!
Perfect for families with Children. The location is 5 mins from various beaches and the seafront restaurants in Ormos Panagias. Car is a must as you can not walk along the busy main road. A warm welcome and hospitality awaits all the guests and the owner family always make sure the guests are comfortable. You can borrow sun umbrellas, cooling box and have an endless supply of the most wonderful local fruits and tomatoes. All in all we had a wonderful time and hopefully be back again soon!
The curation of the location and the grounds where it is situated is given great care and it shows. It is an incredible place to find peace and soak it all in. It's a non catered accommodation but chock full of amenities to help you, from an ice machine to keep your drinks cool on the beach to a fruit and vegetable garden you can pick from to a "Aperitivo" wine and nibbles event around a bonfire being organised weekly. Also all the staff were very accommodating

The hotel was very clean which made us feel comfortable. The facilities were great, we had everything we needed. Breakfast was also tasty and different every day which we really appreciated.
Chris (the owner of the hotel) has been outstanding and has an eye for details!

I highly recommend this hotel! The owners tried to meet all our wishes (allocated us to amazing room with a Sea view). Rooms were cozy, new and clean with complimentary bottle of water and wine. The breakfast surprised us as well, every morning was something different, the food was tasty. Tavern in front of the hotel is pretty good + guests of hotel have 10% discount.

Perfect location in a great little village. The beach is really near but the one in from of the house is not that good. The better one is 5 min away on the same shore. There are great restaurants, beach bars and supermarkets nearby to make the stay perfect.
