The location is fabulous, beautiful scenery and very quiet and peaceful - no traffic noise, just the sound of birds and cattle by day and frogs by night, The breakfast was delicious and the food in the restaurant across the road also very good. We were made to feel welcome at the guest house which is also a family home.

Considering that there only a few places in this rather remote corner of Albania and Northern Greece for an overnight stay, this hotel is more than adequate. The bathroom must have undergone a make-over recently. It is modern, well appointed and fully functional. There is a nice front yard with tables where we had a pic-nic before the owner showed up with the keys. He takes care of everything in and around the house, including cooking. The dinner we had was excellent and plentiful.
