The owner was very kind, arranging for us to be picked up from the port and returned to the port at the end of our stay. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful.Having a cooked breakfast every other day was a great bonus.The swimming pool was great with a lot of sun beds .

There is a sea view from the small balcony, although you are set back and not on the sea front.
The owner collected us from the port and was very friendly and helpful.

Small, friendly, clean and the owner Markos was an excellent host. He was so helpful with everything and very knowledgeable about the island. Stay was too short but wonderful never the less. Thank you to Markos, his father and his big dog Cooper.
Very nice quiet place. The local are very friendly and helpful. There is a nice beach and great food at reasonable prices. The local supermarket next to the Gyros shop is run by the loveliest old man who went out of his way to help.

A beautiful village on a very quiet island full of natural beauty, I loved everything here!
The walking routes around the island are exquisite, 100% recommend! In the heat they do require some endurance, though, I do recommend having some level of fitness. There is very little natural shade on the island, and climbing uphill in +29 degrees is a challenge.
The beaches are not necessarily the best for kids, as they are quite deep pebble beaches, but if you are an adult who can swim, they are the best. If you are looking for nightlife or lots of young people, this is not the island for you. Most tourists seem to be 65+, which is completely fine by me (40something), as I was looking for peace and quiet.
I had the perfect vacation doing walks, reading books and just relaxing at the beach.

Livardia is a beautiful and peaceful Port with several really good restaurants offering traditional greek food.
At night the port is absolutely breathtaking..not to be missed! Can't wait to return.

nice, quiet little harbour town with a long, pebble beach. The area all round the harbour and along the beach road/path is flat but there are some steps around the town. We had two delicious meals at The Grill House. Don`t be put off by the fact that it`s a take-away. The taverna side was lovely and the food was delicious. We also ate at the Mediterranean which was also very good.

Good places to stay a variety of decent restaurants few outdoor bars and that’s about it.
If you like quiet and easygoing and no hassle it’s a great place. Most of All beaches belong to the hotels or the restaurants.

Not for everyone, it’s very quiet but plenty to keep you busy for a few days. Absolutely beautiful scenery everywhere. A favourite for Scandinavian hikers I noticed. Swimming fabulous and bit pebbly though. Bring your shoes
My friends and I stayed there for vacation. Valentina met us at the port and helped us with our luggage and transportation. She was very sweet, welcoming, and informative throughout our stay. The room was beautiful, clean, spacious, and with good WiFi. It was also conveniently located, close to the centre of Livadia and right across from the beach. Would recommend it to anyone and would definitely stay again.
I suggest this hotel to everyone. This hotel has clean rooms. Good prices. The room that I stayed in was stylish and big. There are a small refrigerator, a water heater, and an electric stove in the rooms.
It takes 5-6 mins to the center of the Island and 10 mins to the ferry station on a walk.
The lady in the reception is very kind and helpful. She helped me when I was sick. Thanks :)
Beautiful apartment with a wrap-around balcony strewn with bougainvillea. Inside, lots of sunshine and breeze; good ACand Wifi, attractive furniture and a comfortable bed. The beach was just a stone's throw from the flat. It has crystal clear water and plenty of shade trees as well as places to reserve lounge chairs. The hosts were very kind and accommodating. I'd definitely return.
A beautiful apartment, decorated with good taste. The bed was excellent - I love a firm mattress! The apartment was very conveniently located, close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Well, most things in Livadia are, as it is a very small village. I would 100% stay here again. I felt very safe being here on my own, which is a big plus for a female solo traveller.
Accomodations were great - wonderful big balcony with a view of the mountains and sea. Note that this is at the top of a hill so getting there with luggage seemed daunting but someone from Nikos picked me up which was much appreciated. Everything was clean and today, perfect for a short stay. Beach is about a 5-10 minute walk, restaurants around 5 mins away!
A lovely, sunny, very spacious room with a little balcony from where we could see the sun rise behind the mountain! It's located a short walk from Livadia beach and the town, at a quiet location with a beautiful garden.
As we travel with our own car, the private parking was a big plus.
Will definitely stay there again if I ever go back to Tilos!
Top location in Tilos. Close to cafes, restaurants, shops, buses and ferries. Short walk from Livadia beach. Very spacious and clean apartment and a huge terrace, great for breakfast and quiet evenings. Amazing host Kalliopi made it possible for us to spend an additional day here, even though it wasn't very easy to arrange.

Great location. Spacious and nicely furnished rooms. Very peaceful. Place kept very clean by the delightful Rita. Very close to the beach which was great for those early morning swims before breakfast. And the added bonus of a shower outside.
The view! The excellent location looks over the sweep of Livadia bay, and catches cooling breezes. Clean tidy apartments, very good value for money. Add in free delivery from Yiannis Supermarket, and why would you stay anywhere else?
Big room and big kitchen space. The breakfast is delicious. Especially the salty crepes. Pet friendly. There is a small parking space next to the hotel or you can park by the roadside. Walking distance to the town center.
The location was very good - close to the main square in Livadia and an easy walk from the ferry.
There was no breakfast but there was a kettle and a couple of hot plates had we wanted to make our own food - and a fridge.
The hotel was overall amazing: location, rooms, food, super friendly staff.
Little things to improve are: hooks to hold the shower head, sponges and dish soap in the kitchen.
