We stayed at Bali Diamond as a couple with another couple of friends, and we all absolutely loved it. It's a small family run hotel, with super friendly helpful staff, especially Eva at reception, and Chrisoula, who created the magnificent daily breakfast banquets. It's very well located for the airports as well as all the points of interest locally. I recommend this hotel very highly. Immaculately clean, well designed, lovely pools and terraces, with a relaxed yet smart atmosphere.

Very warm welcome - the staff were very friendly and hospitable especially Ina the bartender that made our stay so pleasant each day ! Sleep was great , rooms clean and tidy ! The location is at 10 min walking distance to the nearest village, but also because of that, the area where the hotel is located is very silent. The room was a little bit bigger then I expected. The balcony was great and quite big with a view over the garden, pool and the sea. The bathroom quite nice, only downside was the shower drain which does not work quite properly and some water collects in the shower cabin. I think because of that some water leaked around the shower. But the cleaning was made daily (sometimes while we were taking the breakfast). The breakfast was quite good and you've got several good choices. Also they would alternate several items from the breakfast. The pool is nice with all those palm trees around, sun beds and the bar at the pool which is open up until 22:00. All the stuff we interact with was very helpful and respectful. You can also rent cars from the hotel which is big plus. P.S. The dark hair lady from the dinning area is wonderful. Always welcoming you with a smile. It's nice to interact with a person like her first thing in the morning. P.S.2 It was the best booking out of 3, from our 3 weeks stay in Crete. We will definitely return to stay here if we have the chance.

The hotel is beautiful and staff are excellent, a true 5 star experience. We really enjoyed the breakfast, with a wide selection of quality products, again staff attention was great. The pools were lovely, being one with salt water! The kids enjoyed the kids aqua park. We also used the spa, which had excellent facilities and friendly staff.

The staff is super friendly and speaks, besides English, French, German and Spanish. Our room was amazing: big and very modern (the light switches were electronic / touch). The food was good but it could have more variety thoughout the days.
