Host let us into the property after our flight was delayed by 5 hours and we arrived in the early hours. Great communication. Left us basics for breakfast.

We had stayed before and noted that there were major renovations to the pool area which had been reconfigured and the tiling was modernised. There was new planting around the pool also. The staff were under new management - George, who was professional and helpful. The food buffet looked superb. We had a great breakfast and late checkout was facilitated. The new windows were triple glazed and despite the proximity of the airport we had a very quiet nights sleep on a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was newly renovated also.

The hotel is situated on a hill, right next to a small village square where there is a small taverna where an elderly couple cooks traditional dishes. Villa Petrettini is like a time capsule, you step in and wake up in a bygone century, but the service, breakfast and facilities are up to contemporary standards in all areas. The staff are always open-hearted and helpful and I have rarely felt more comfortable in an accommodation. 10/10

The apartment was perfect, but the place was not good. We did not like it. It was isolated from everything else. The road was awful, it was very narrow and it was with curves. It is far from the beaches and from places with restaurants and shops. You can`t reach anywhere on foot, you need to go by car, but it is very difficult to find parking. We would never go at this area again.
Maybe this would be perfect for someone who wants to just stay inside and rest without going anywhere.
