The breakfast was very good.
The location was on the south of the island and you needed a car to explore.
It took a long time to get to various places because of the location, so best if you just want to relax in Katelios only.
The swimming pool was excellent, and with only five rooms there was plenty of space for all guests.

The upgraded room was spacious and very clean. Good powerful shower and a very comfortable bed. The pool area was beautifully clean and had plenty of sunbeds for the guests. Only 10 minute walk to plenty of local tavernas.
Presented with a gift on check out which was very thoughtful and was excellent quality.

Katelios is a very quiet, relaxed and friendly place. The swimming is safe and there are sunbeds and beach umbrellas. There are a number of restaurants along the sea front so you are spoilt for choice - one for each day of the week! Would highly recommend it.

A very peaceful location close to the town of Katelios where there are many bars and restaurants.
The Hotel only has five rooms so plenty of space for everyone around the large pool.
This is perfect for a relaxing holiday however if you want to travel around the island it is best to hire a car.
Because of the location journey times to other towns were quite long ie it would take 2 hours to get to Fiskado in the north of the island

Katelios is a small fishing village.
Katelios is a small fishing village. We got a taxi from the airport to our accommodation for 50 Euro. There are a couple of small supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants and bars. We had previously stayed in katelios, but our accomodation was a long walk to the beach. This year we stayed in The Medusa, which is just a few steps to the beach and restaurants. If you want somewhere quiet to relax and unwind Katelios would be ideal. If you want the shops there is a bus at 11am to Skala, it returns at 16.00pm. Over the two years we have stayed in Katelios we have found all the restaurants have served good food and very friendly.

Love the resort and being so close to the beach.
Love the resort and being so close to the beach. The taxi journey can be a bit hair raising! Friendly people and everything is very compact so not a lot of walking needed. Every taverna serves delicious food and I can't fault any of them.

Nice small village, right on the sea, nice choice of restaurants, good food. nice as a base to see other areas on southern part of Island and nice to be there for the evenings and to relax and walk to restaurants and bars. Great to sit in restaurants next to the beach/sea to eat at night, very relaxed atmosphere , nice staff in all restaurants we visited. Our small hotel was lovely and we enjoyed swimming in the sea each day after our travels and before breakfast. Busy enough but not crowded. All in all lovely relaxing break.
Modern decor in room. The room was quite spacious and well equipped with furniture. Kitchenette area rather small, but was what I expected - we were able to cook a few meals. Effective shower over bath. Room cleaning was efficient and the cleaners were friendly. The pool was excellent, probably larger than I expected. I swim 4 times a week at home, so I really appreciated the size of the pool at Aligis Studios. Plenty of sunbeds. Location - Katelios is a relatively quiet area, with good eating options.
It is a very nice place to stay. The hotel is very well maintained and clean. The bed was very confortable. The room was spacious and well equiped. Chris, the owner, was a very nice host - very kind, helpful and professional. I recommend this hotel if you visit Kefalonia. And even Katelios is indeed a bit far from the main attractions on the island, we really enjoyed our rides to various places. For us, Aligis will certainly be a an option on our next visit to this beautiful island
It’s location is great - a stone’s throw to the beach. The studio apartment was cleaned daily and in a great central location to Katelios with a lovely little balcony to sit out on. A modern air con system too!
The apartment has easy road-side parking and is close to all amenities at Katelios.
Very clean welcoming small family run boutique hotel. Great position a track away from the beach in a shady garden. Spacious room shower room and big balcony with lovely views of the bay. Good breakfast and every day we returned to find things spotless Amazing towels!
The location is superb!
Rooms are very generous, and the garden is relaxing!
Host is living in the same garden so the check in and out is really easy, plus he is really attentive.
Little details are making the place a really good option to spend the night in Kefalonia!
Very nice and modern location, with a host - Chris - very attentive and receptive to your needs. He also gave us some very good hints about Kefalonia.
We had a very pleasant stay at Alegria and will definitely recommend it to others.
Very quiet place. Loved the location. That was the main reason we picked this property. The host (Sofia) is very kind. The beach is few steps far from the property (2nd reason we picked this property). Excellent view, spotless house,
fabulous suites, clean, best shower ever, well equipped and so close to Katelios centre it’s literally only a 2 min walk.
on the beach, great views, fabulous pool. lovely owners.
A five room small hotel with bright rooms and a lovely terrace. Swimming pool is narrow but perfect for swimming. Very nice grounds and a perfect location for Katelios.
Bed and pillows are very comfortable, wifi works good, breakfast in room (bonus, you can avoid the wasps this way, kefalonia has many). Everything was great!
