The breakfast was very good.
The location was on the south of the island and you needed a car to explore.
It took a long time to get to various places because of the location, so best if you just want to relax in Katelios only.
The swimming pool was excellent, and with only five rooms there was plenty of space for all guests.

The owner was super nice, he gave us a room with a great view, there is a kettle in the room and the breakfast was excellent: lots of choice, homemade cake and pastry, local and high quality product ! We wished we stay longer !!

Katelios is a very quiet, relaxed and friendly place.
Katelios is a very quiet, relaxed and friendly place. The swimming is safe and there are sunbeds and beach umbrellas. There are a number of restaurants along the sea front so you are spoilt for choice - one for each day of the week! Would highly recommend it.

A very peaceful location close to the town of Katelios where there are many bars and restaurants.
The Hotel only has five rooms so plenty of space for everyone around the large pool.
This is perfect for a relaxing holiday however if you want to travel around the island it is best to hire a car.
Because of the location journey times to other towns were quite long ie it would take 2 hours to get to Fiskado in the north of the island

Katelios is a small fishing village.
Katelios is a small fishing village. We got a taxi from the airport to our accommodation for 50 Euro. There are a couple of small supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants and bars. We had previously stayed in katelios, but our accomodation was a long walk to the beach. This year we stayed in The Medusa, which is just a few steps to the beach and restaurants. If you want somewhere quiet to relax and unwind Katelios would be ideal. If you want the shops there is a bus at 11am to Skala, it returns at 16.00pm. Over the two years we have stayed in Katelios we have found all the restaurants have served good food and very friendly.

Love the resort and being so close to the beach.
Love the resort and being so close to the beach. The taxi journey can be a bit hair raising! Friendly people and everything is very compact so not a lot of walking needed. Every taverna serves delicious food and I can't fault any of them.

Nice small village, right on the sea, nice choice of restaurants, good food. nice as a base to see other areas on southern part of Island and nice to be there for the evenings and to relax and walk to restaurants and bars. Great to sit in restaurants next to the beach/sea to eat at night, very relaxed atmosphere , nice staff in all restaurants we visited. Our small hotel was lovely and we enjoyed swimming in the sea each day after our travels and before breakfast. Busy enough but not crowded. All in all lovely relaxing break.
From our arrival, Eleni was very friendly, helpful and above all the perfect host. The apartment was pristine and very comfortable, with everything we needed. It had a beautiful view of Katelios Bay and beyond to Zante.
It was a short walk into the village and to the beach, with lots of nice small tavernas, cafes and bars along the seafront.
Everyone we met on this Island was very friendly indeed.
We would definitely not hesitate to stay at Eleni's studios again, should we return to this beautiful island.
The hotel was exactly what we expected. Very good value for money. The hotel has an authentically Greek feel and is all that you need when you’re on holiday. The rooms don’t have balconies on the ground floor but there are small verandas around the hotel which provide a beautiful view of the mountains surrounding the hotel. Makis and his wonderful wife were so welcoming and kind. I would definitely stay there again!
We spent a week at Kiani Akti. Amazing apartment. Cleaned everyday, by the amazing Doxa. Honestly, all the reviews about this lady and how she makes her guests feel are 100% true and even better than that. Nothing is too much trouble. We cannot wait to go back. Katelios is a wonderful place and Kiani Akti is the only place we would want to stay.
Thank you Doxa, you're wonderful.😊
The best location in Katelios, just a stone's throw from the water edge opposite tavernas and yet it wasn't noisy at all! We loved our quirky, spacious, clean Studio at Medusa! It had everything we needed and more. There were thoughtful welcome gifts on our arrival, the much needed air con was efficient and our room was serviced daily. A great find!
Ι thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Pacifae golden village hotel, which I highly recommend.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very very clean and tidy and everything was as it should be. The pool is big . The food was superb ( definitely try the steak)! Will definitely return next summer!
It’s location is great - a stone’s throw to the beach. The studio apartment was cleaned daily and in a great central location to Katelios with a lovely little balcony to sit out on. A modern air con system too!
The apartment has easy road-side parking and is close to all amenities at Katelios.
Beautiful Hotel, idyllic setting, great swimming pool and terrace with an excellent bar and restaurant. Gorgeous comfortable rooms with sea and pool views, and very reasonably priced too. It was a marvellous experience and I'd have no hesitation in recommending to all who come to Kefalonia.
The hotel looks nice from the outside and the pool is great. I enjoyed sitting outside. Staff at the bar was welcoming and made great cocktails. I also appreciate the COVID protocol in place. Breakfast was standard, nothing spectacular.
Very nice and modern location, with a host - Chris - very attentive and receptive to your needs. He also gave us some very good hints about Kefalonia.
We had a very pleasant stay at Alegria and will definitely recommend it to others.
The garden and the pool, grate money value, close to maket, bakery and Katelios beach, tavernas, etc. Also the are cleaning daily the room and changing sheets and towels each 3 days. I would come back anytime here!
