An impeccably restored house, just across are an old bridge and the village church that gives an air of a fairy tale to the location. The house has a terrace-bar with an elegant and friendly atmosphere (no noise is heard in the rooms). The rooms are luxurious and looks like beeing decorated by an interior designer. The hosts Marina and Apostole are very friendly and helpful and Marina speaks a very good English. In the morning because we didn't have time for breakfast, she prepared two delicious coffees for us to take on the way (they have a very good espresso machine and a coffee as well). The young woman at the reception recommended a restaurant for dinner at a distance of 10 minutes on foot, Bostani, the only gourmet restaurant in the Kavala area - it is advisable to make a reservation in the evening. In conclusion, it's an accommodation not to be missed if you arrive in the area, in the morning we took 20-25 minutes by car to Kavala port, I regret not being able to stay longer, you can go hiking in the area, and the village is worth visiting.

The house is located in a small village, surrounded by mountains and it is absolutely beautiful. Diana, the landlady, was the most welcoming hostess, a really lovely lady, she was giving us homemade food on daily basis, including fresh eggs from her own chickens. We will be returning one day for sure!

I will start with the location. Location: Great location exactly 4 min driving with a car to Nea Peramos. Once again driving around 4 min you can reach Ammolofoi Beach and all other places. House: The house has 2 floors, which you will get the second floor fully privately and only for you. It has 2 bed rooms, living room with big kitchen and one bathroom. The house is very well equipped with everything that one family need. Furniture is very well and has place where you can leave your clots and everything. You can enjoy big veranda with table and chairs where can you can drink your morning coffee or to use the garden by the beach which you can have lunch or dinner. Summary: Overall we had an amazing stay where we used the beach in front of the house or if you want you can use the hotel pool next to the house with additional charge for the usage. The lordland is very nice, they have not bothered us with anything during our stay. They gave us umbrellas and sunbeds so we can use for the free zone on the beach which was amazing. There is plenty space for parking and the garden is full with green plants which makes you feel like you are at home. We had two kids and they fully enjoy the beach and everything which is around. The place is perfect to stay with your family and you will enjoy it for sure. We will visit the place again for sure! The comments on the previous visitors about the turning off the lights and AC - we have not seen this anymore and its seems that all this is sorted out.
