The warmth of welcome at this family run hotel. It has an immediate feeling of home. The room was perfect for us, with a small but perfectly sized balcony. The highlight of the day was breakfast on the roof over looking the beautiful Grikos bay. A delicious buffet of fruits pastries and cereals which my favourite was the homemade jams of the matriarch. its location was also perfect set one building back from the seafront. A perfect place to stay close to beaches and walks. No request was ever a problem with great recommendations for places to go to visit or dine and great contacts for a brilliant car hire company.
Boasting magnificent sea views, Alexandros Hotel is located in Grikos. The sea is just 30 metres away. Church of Agios Ioannis Theologos is 1.5 km from the hotel.

Breakfast was great, served by the proprietors. Location was great, plenty of restaurants right along the beach. Only a €7 taxi fare to the main town and harbour Skala. Not much further to St John’s cave etc.

The apartment had a lovely Greek feel to it and despite it being 5 bed was perfect for a couple. We had access to a large terrace which had stunning views of the bay since it was up the hill a bit. We loved picking different routes to the beach, all short!

We had the most wonderful time at Patmos Villas ! Thomas really is a superhost, from his warm welcome at the Skala port to helping us out with any practical needs during our stay, he made us feel at home. We now have a friend at Patmos ! The apartment is simple and clean, just perfectly situated at a 5' walk to the beautiful Grikos beach with little taverns for fresh fish meals. Everything was just perfect. Many thanks again Thomas for a wonderful stay !

It is nicer than the pictures and the pictures are nice. A quaint little authentic Patmos house where they have retained the original country house look, it has a surprise outdoor partially covered living area with ocean view that is although on the modest side, upscale, beautiful and tranquil. The front entrance has a nice garden private entrance that is lovely and well maintained by the owner Nektarios, who is a delight and very kind young man. He takes pride in this home and likes to serve and make sure his guests are happy.
Almost everything. The room, the breakfast, the lovely lobby, and especially the service and staff. This is the first time, of all of my travels, I feel as if I am staying with friends family. They also added nice tough for water and slippers. For the price they charge, this is quite extraordinary. They really try the best to take care of the guests and be helpful. I will definitely return to patmos, since this is such a beautiful island. And when I do, hotel grikos is the one place I will stay.
This is a family-run property. Thomas welcomed us with an espresso in the lovely shared garden with large shady trees and flowers. The large rooms have all the amenities, making it a great base to stay in for a week. We should have stayed longer. It is very close to the beach and there are several excellent restaurants to choose from.
The location is a short drive to the famous Patmos monasteries and other places.
The rooms are clean, the garden is awesome and the Grikos area is a well-kept secret.
Nice hotel in Grikos, 100 meters from the sea. Unfortunately, another hotel has occupied the entire beach, so we had to walk quite a distance to find another beach. We were pleasantly received by the host, and shown a very spacious room. The breakfast was simple but good, and contained everything for a good start to the day. Down in the small harbor there were a couple of nice taverns, and it was a very nice walk up to Chora and the Monastery.
Hotel Athina is located in an excellent location. Besides the great sea view as well as the beautiful nearby (walking distance) beaches, its also conveniently located near Chora and Skala. Rooms were very clean and cleaned on a daily basis. The staff of the hotel was very kind and helpful and they assisted us with everything. All on all a great value for money place to stay and people extremely kind and helpful.

The studios are located on a beautiful remote part of Patmos. The entire property itself is quite lovely with beautiful views from every unit and fruit trees everywhere, and there are several quiet and more natural beaches within walking distance. If you don't have a car or scooter, it's a bit far from the big town (Skala), but it's fairly close to the historic center of Hora.
This was my second time staying at Captain Manos and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Mrs Tess and her son Dimitris will go out of their way to offer you the best service. I really appreciate their hard family work and effort.
Our room offered spectacular view to Grikos bay. It was incredibly clean, comfortable and pleasant.

Wow what a beautiful hotel. The staff who welcomed me on arrival were excellent and gave me a tour of the facilities. The room itself was so quiet and beautiful. There was so much space, the bed was comfy and the private pool was perfect to cool down in the heat. Breakfast was delicious and I will definitely return to this luxury hotel.
Our location is extremely good. The hotel is very stylish and luxurious. Towels, sheets, everything was extremely clean. If I have to make a small criticism, the floor of the room, the terrace and the private pool and the room could have been cleaner. other than that everything is perfect
Of course, the location is superb, in the Grikos bay. When we finally got the apartment we initially booked, everything was fine. The maisonnette with private pool has a very luxurious feel and has lots of privacy.
The owner of the hotel ( Elena) and the all stuff was very warm and welcoming. She answered all my questions and helped during our journey. The hotel was near by the sea. It was so quiet and lovely place .
