I take it as one of the most beautiful beaches.
I take it as one of the most beautiful beaches. Beautiful sunsets. Clear transparent sea. Turquoise colours melting into the big blue. Golden sand with shades of red when sea allows it, bringing it with waves at certain times, we were lucky to witness it. In the mornings when there's almost no one around you can enjoy in the soft waves covering the san, tranquil sea sounds and sun coming on top of the mountains.

There is a busy section of beach but you can find quieter places North of Big Beach. The sunsets are incredible. It is cooler than other parts of Crete due to the wind. the sea is colder here too. There are amazing tavernas in the nearby town on top of the the hill.

Hotel is situated nearby beach (the closest apx 50m, larger one to the left apx 200m, for parents with babies on the right side apx 100m), at every beach sets with umbrellas and two seats per 8euro per day, with showers. On the ground floor of hotel is big restaurant, small shop with everything. Against hotel is ATM. Parking no problem, by hotel.
Surroundings of hotel is amazing, it was our third accomodation at Crete, and views were beautiful and breathtaking - important - to have a room at upper levels of hotel!
This property lives up to all of the promises. It is very clean and comfortable, with a truly breathtaking view. The infinity pool and deck are stunning, with a perfect view for sunsets. You definitely need a car for this rental, but you are a quick drive to many high quality restaurants (the owners will share recommendations), and to Falasarna Beach, which is a large sandy beach with many facilities. There are also grocery stores close by and the unit has a workable kitchen and BBQ. Ms Vaya is an engaged and communicative host.
I had a great time at the villagio apartment! This apartment is spacious, very modern (it felt like we were the first guests to have ever stayed there!!) With all the amenities you could imagine! Every room is beautifully designed and offers air conditioning! The beds are luxurious and very comfortable. Falassarna Beach is close by and one of the nicest beaches of Crete. The host is extremely friendly and communicative.
I have stayed at many apartments, and this is surely my favorite! I highly recommend staying there.
The location of the hotel was excellent, Falasarna beach is within walking distance. The rooms are spacious, clean, and also balconies are attached. Staff is exceptional, they were kind, friendly, helpful, really appreciate their hospitality. Market, taverns are within easy reach, a really pleasant buffet at sea-shore with a lovely owner lady, everything is ready to hand. Greek dishes are fantastic, delicious breakfast is optional, but as for me, it is worth the price. Falasarna beach and sunsets are above all!

this was the overall best experience my partner and I had in Crete. the staff is AWESOME! we made friends with George, Giannis, and many other members of this wonderful staff. we stayed in the loft room, which was super comfortable and modern. the rooftop restaurant is DELICIOUS and super fun. we were treated like family at this place and I will absolutely return here someday. thank you so much for a wonderful stay!
This is a place where time stops. We had a very warm welcome from the host. The rooms were simple, but spacious. Everything you need is there. The bathroom is very nice. Nice balcony with sea view. The property has a beautiful swimming pool. Falassarna Beach is 3 minutes away by car and is one of the better beaches on the West Coast. BEAUTIFUL sunset! I d go back there in a second.
