I take it as one of the most beautiful beaches.
I take it as one of the most beautiful beaches. Beautiful sunsets. Clear transparent sea. Turquoise colours melting into the big blue. Golden sand with shades of red when sea allows it, bringing it with waves at certain times, we were lucky to witness it. In the mornings when there's almost no one around you can enjoy in the soft waves covering the san, tranquil sea sounds and sun coming on top of the mountains.

There is a busy section of beach but you can find quieter places North of Big Beach. The sunsets are incredible. It is cooler than other parts of Crete due to the wind. the sea is colder here too. There are amazing tavernas in the nearby town on top of the the hill.

Hotel is situated nearby beach (the closest apx 50m, larger one to the left apx 200m, for parents with babies on the right side apx 100m), at every beach sets with umbrellas and two seats per 8euro per day, with showers. On the ground floor of hotel is big restaurant, small shop with everything. Against hotel is ATM. Parking no problem, by hotel.
Surroundings of hotel is amazing, it was our third accomodation at Crete, and views were beautiful and breathtaking - important - to have a room at upper levels of hotel!
We stayed here for our honeymoon and it exceeded our expectations. We loved the tranquility and convenient location to explore the surrounding beaches (close to Kissamos port and to Falassarna beach), a short drive to many excellent Tavernas (Spilios, Gramboussa). The pool and view was beautiful and we found it to be a lovely way to end our day and watch the sunset. The host was very responsive and helpful. Room was very clean and spacious. We felt so relaxed and would recommend this stay to couples and families coming to explore Crete.
Very nice apartment! The kitchen is fine for simple meals and the most important: it’s very clean, like the rest of the apartment. The owner is extremely kind and very helpful. I really recommend this stay.
The location itself is great. It's quiet and very close to the Falassarna beach. The villages around are not the most exciting places, but perfect if you want to escape from a busy life. Around the apartment it can be very windy, but like everywhere in Crete.

Owners were very polite and helpful with everything we needed. Although there is a cafe restaurant at the ground floor with nice terrace to enjoy a coffee, an evening drink or a snack, it was very silent.

The hosts gave us tips for the area and also made delicious breakfast 😍 Very friendly small village and short drive to the beautiful Falasarna beach (also possible to walk about 50 minutes).
