Nice hotel located in a quiet area of a cosy small town - 35 minutes drive from the tourist inferno of Delphi. A few minutes walk to the waterfront, with restaurants and probably a beach. The staff was friendly, helpful and smiling, making us feel welcome. Free parking in the garden. The room was compact, clean and with a balcony. A rather small bathroom, but clean and everything working. The breakfast was Greek, home made - and tasty. Absolutely value for money!

The location is a bit isolated, which can be both an advantage or a disadvantage, depending on what you want. There is a large organised pebble beach in the village and some others nearby (10-20 minutes by car). No sandy beaches in the area, though. There are some budget-friendly restaurants and tavernas in the village, some shops (a small supermarket, bakery, butchers, etc), but you should not expect large supermarkets in the area. It is close to Delphi (50 km) - 1 hour driving, so it is easy to visit. You can also visit Athens- 3 hours of driving, Corinth- 2 hours, Patras-1 hour
The hotel has some serious issues, but let's start with advantages. It's small, compact, located meters from the beach, so everything is just there. In a totaly rural area you can find some interesting spots to visit, however, the help of staff is limited. The food was great, there is always something, but generally the kitchen is one of few strong points here. The staff is polite and helpful, you can always find an available sunbed on the beach, most of the time at the pool.
