The breakfast was amazing! We loved the homemade pies and cakes. Everything was delicious and plentiful. The location was great. The beach was only a few minutes' walk from the property and was clear and lovely the entire time we were there. The best part is the staff. They're all very kind and greeted us with a smile every time! Our room was cleaned every single day as well.

Stunning views across the harbour. Especially at night. Breakfasts were good. Staff very helpful. Our room was huge with a lovely balcony.

Agios Pertos is perfectly situated close to the main port but also in a quiet location.
The local beach is lovely, sandy with clear waters.
There is a local bakery but no mini-market.
There are 3 local restaurants, a pizza place (run by a Canadian Greek) that makes amazing greek salads, a tasty souvlaki place and Giannoulis, the best fish taverna that we visited (of course it also serves meat and vegetarian dishes).

Very nice sendly beaches with very good beach bars and a few good restaurands nearby. 5 km drive away from Gavrio port, 10 mins drive to beautiful small town Batsi, one hour drive to Chora (Andros town).

If you want sigtseenig you can take the bus it goes every hour , but the best thing to do is rent a car ore a bike. I ate at the resturant near Ionia studios and there was alsoe a pizza bar whit the best pizza i have ever eat! On the beach you can try 4 different bars to sun on . Everything was good for me. 😎

Sandy beach, nice for family, organised even though need to get there early in the am to get a place. Friendly locals.
Not excited about the windsurfing, tried it but wind too gusty, very unstable (ranging from force 0-6 within a few seconds). If not experienced, be careful as the wind pushes you towards the open sea! Best to ask advice from the windsufing club 2 bays to the south.

The beach would be very nice if there was not all the organized bar and beach establishment with bad and loud music. Thankfully, the southern part of the beach is still saved from these unacceptable disturbances, I hope that it will not get any worse.
