The hotel is very near to the sea.There are few beaches near the hotel. We preferred to use Psili Amos beach which is 2 km away (to the west-north). At this beach you can use sun loungers and umbrella free of charge, but you need to order 10 or 20 € from the bar (it depends of the umbrellas).
It is clean and comfortable. There are 3 floors and elevator. The rooms are big and new. Bathroom is big enough. There are air condition in the room. The bed was double size and was very comfortable. There is big terrace with view to the see. We loved to drink morning coffee there. Breakfast is good enough. The pool is in back yard. Big size and shallow in one side and deep to another. There is children pool. Stuff is very polite and smiling. We traveled with two small dogs and we had no problems with the staff. They cleaned our room every day. Location is very near to the Potos (4 km), Limenaria (8 km) and Giola (2 km).

Pro: This was a nice place to stay for a low to medium budget. The location was good and very close to the beach (which is good for snorkeling), quiet, very clean and beautiful simple design of the building. The host was friendly but we did not interact very much. They changed the towels every two days and bed sheets every 3 days however, rooms are broomed every day and kept very clean. Good air conditioning, hairdryer, balcony and fridge. There is a pool but I only use it once because we were really close to the beach and had more sense for us to stay in the sea.
Asterias is surrounded by rich greenery, 500 metres from the beach of Astrida in Thassos. It offers studios with a furnished balcony overlooking the garden.

great location , easy check in and check out ! rooms are big with a big balcony. Just minutes away by car from restaurants. only thing I would suggest is to clean out the AC system in our room. [24] The air that was coming out of it had a weird, musty smell to it. But besides that good value for the money.

Location was very nice, great for our family (2adults & 2small kids). Spacious room, really clean, with private bathroom and terrace. The host, Elena, is very friendly, guest oriented & polite, every day she asked us if everything is ok or if we need anything. You truly feel welcome.

The beach is right across the street, is not crowded, there is also a tavern with good food, that also serves drinks and snacks on the beach. A market is located aprox. 200m.

The room was very clean, the towels smelled good. The garden is wonderfully well-kept, flowers everywhere, olive trees everywhere, the environment is incredibly peaceful. We took our breakfast items and had breakfast in our üçte balcony in the morning, everything in the kitchen was sufficient. The location is already great, walking distance to the beaches.

We had the perfect stay at OliVISTA! The hosts, the accomodation, the pool, the olive garden you are surrounded by, the calmness of the place, everything was amazing. I'd definitely recommend it to everyone visiting Thassos island.

perfect place in Thassos. easier to get there on the west side of the island not on East. great places to visit - close to Theologos, kastro, Giola. easy to access the mountains using the Buggy or other small cars rented in the center of Potos. nice time at the end of August beginning od September.
eat on Poseidon - great value quality vs money, eat in Iatrou (theologos) great service , great food nice view. eat on the beach at San Antonio in the evening - great view, nice service.

Astris is a very quiet locality.
Astris is a very quiet locality. If you want silence and you want to rest, this is a perfect place. Astris have a taverna on the beach but have another 2 or 3 places where it is possible to eat or drink (restaurant of a hotel Sun Astris or a bar whit pool). In Astris it is one market.

Perfect for us and our small dog.
Perfect for us and our small dog. The hosts could not be more accommodating and hospitable. Everything was spotless clean and very often we were given more clean towels that we managed to use. Our room had a king size bed, very comfortable, good pillows and regularly change of sheets. The kitchenette is well equipped and is fitted in the generous balcony. There is a small convenience store on the propriety and a restaurant/taverna just across the street. Our room was facing the Main Street but was still quiet, there is no much traffic in the area and the windows are very good insulators. Adequate parking is at the back in the shade😍. The beach is very close and everything else is a really short drive away. We will definitely return to Astris. Elena always has a smile and a joke and she is always available for any requests or she will ask her daughter (wonderful young lady) to translate.

This area is the nicest part from Thassos, You have the most wonderful beaches from Thassos at a short distance from this place. You will have to stay at Psili Ammos, it's the best place you can find in this part of Thassos and you will have an incredible life experience :)

Excelent, large enough, clean, sunny and elegant rooms, with all the needed equipments in place.
Beautiful garden, very spacious, with plenty soft, warm chars, shadow and an excelent grill/cooking facility.
Hosts are extremely welcoming and friendly, at arrival Giorgia offered us two caps of good coffee with biscuits and water. Pension was very easy to find and very quiet.
I've stood in many location during this Thassos trip, this place I recommend the most, best price-quality.
The staff at this hotel was incredible, they always had a smile on their face and were always eager to help! The hotel has a very nice pool, which is deep enough for jumping and long enough for swimming. The breakfast was very good value for money and I liked that we could only pay and eat in whichever days we wanted, we weren't commited to breakfast everyday at the hotel. There is plenty of parking space around the hotel, and you can even find shaded parking spots.
Everything was perfect,from the view to the beach and also the mountains, the apartment is the best deal you can get,you cand cook ,you can make barbecue outside ,you have free parking,to the beach is a 5 min walk and the beach is perfect for relaxing and the best thing is that we love the host who is the most kind person you can met in all the island.

Normal size fridge with freezer is available on the balcony of the room. Also there is a small kitchenette if you want to prepare your meals.
Great place, big and clean rooms, incredible view from the balcony. Beautiful garden with olive and apple trees. The owner Georgios Tsiabalos is the coolest guy, he even cooked for the guests. He gave us home made gifts - spices and oils, made by his mom. Good location - beaches, shops, fish market near the house. We will definitely visit again.

Lovely place with very kind hosts! Room cleaning every day + new towers every two days! The house is located just 5-10 minutes away from some nice restaurants and beaches but you will definitely need a car. They have big parking plus it's right next to the main road so it's very easy to access it.
