I arrived early, and was given my room key immediately. There is a lift, which I was glad for as I was on the 6th floor. My room had a tiny balcony, and looked out over the street. The staff were all very polite and efficient. The hotel did not appear to be busy, but it's in a great location, very near the port, and within easy walking distance of the centre, and the castle. The breakfast was adequate; I would have liked to see alternative milk (such as oat or soya) on offer. It was all fresh however, and there was a reasonable variety for all tastes.
Friendly and convenient, El Greco offers clean, air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi and easy access to the bus, train station and the port. It is located in the heart of Patras.
