Reception service was great, especially Andrew was really helpful and proactive,he resolved most of the issues we were facing.At the check in ,he was very welcoming,he made sure our room preferences were met.
Room was nice and clean, in a quiet place with a nice view.
Also the bar and his service ,which was with nice music and atmosphere;a good place to have a coffee or a drink.
The service of the technician who did maintenance in our room,he has been very quick and came asap.
The position was central,you could go with a bus to Rethimno.There was a nice movida until 1 pm,area plenty of restaurant and bar to have a stroll after dinner.Close to the beach (2 mins walk)

From the moment we arrived at the hotel we were made to feel welcome by the team. The room was modern, of an excellent size and location with a great view across the grounds and to the sea.
